I have one question. I am going to buy my own clone trooper armor helmet kit and I haven't seen any videos about how to put in the visor. Am I supposed to do what you did and put the whole sheet in?

Nice job, try using sealers between coats to protect paint finish. You can get a glossy look on the white parts as they should be while being able to weather corners and nooks afterwards.
The clone wars helmets had an ashy matte finish though, he might have been going for that look.
I made this helmet for my son, but I knew the head opening would be too small because I sized it using the software you recommend in another video. I cut out the back and attached it with magnets, again, like you mention in another video!

Just had to do Fives didn'tcha? ;) Looks great! When I get to mine I'm using the Killonious file for the helmet. Not sure how the neck opening is on that one yet but I don't believe it's going to be too far from NerdForge as we all work for the same source.

He had a tattoo of a 5 on the side of his forehead and just a plain white helmet. After he Rishi moon incident and he was recruited to the 501st he always had the Rishi eel painted on his helmet.

busislo01 you can use a software called armorsmith (only available on Windows) to make a model of your head and scale it using that

As you can tell from my pervious comment you responded to I am trying to make a 501st clone helmet myself. This time I ask what color and brand blue paint did you use? If I missed it in the video is there a time stamp?
