Omg that game. That STUPENDOUS game. My dad and I bonded over that game playing for hours with and against each other. That game was what we spent hours playing and trying to beat an the campaigns and free play. That game hit my nostalgia so hard. I miss it so much. Those were the days.
Looks great I just got my 3D printer hoping to make a helmet my self
A tip while pasting the tinted window decal on plastic for the visor:
mix a little bit of liquid hand soap with water, spray onto the window decal and attach the decal to the plastic visor.
Use squeezee to remove the excess water and you will get a bubble free green visor for the helmet.
Leave the decal to dry before you bend visor for installation. 👍🏼

Gaming is a huge part of my life. And id be pretty confident saying this was the first game I ever played. So this one meant a lot.
I know you get a million suggestions for what to do next, but I still really want to see either Jesse or someone like Commander Doom or Thorn. Anyway love your videos, I am currently working on the Ahsoka helmet from season 7. It's my first one so it has definitely been a learning experience for me, but I can't wait to finish it
You can use a Dremel to get the bottom layer lines instead of bondo

I remember playing it a lot back then when I was like a little kid we had the original Xbox in the PlayStation 2 at the time because we didn't have that Xbox 360 or that PlayStation 3 but I do remember playing this game a lot because by far it was like one of my favorites and besides you get to play as a clone and stuff like that from Star Wars f****** badass

I have an idea for the top of the helmet. You should put a hole on the other half of the circle on the other part and the put a small square on the other half circle on the top part of the helmet this way it’s easier to get a perfect fit between the parts. I know I might not have explained this well

Nice vid! I saw the Boba Fett helmet in your shop and was wondering, could you add an option that doesn’t have the dent? I want to make my own Mandalorian helmet and really like your files! Also if you could do a full Mandalorian set of armor (like Jango’s) that would be even cooler cuz I can’t find any files like that!

I had an idea that maybe you're keen to. Could you print like small squares and show the difference in the effort like, only use Bondo on one, filler primer only on another, then both? and possibly show the difference in sanding like wet or dry sanding and what effects it has on prints? having one solid video for it might be helpful to newcomers (like me) who are curious why you would wet sand vs not.

It would be awesome if you could make the tank trooper helmet, from the mandalorian. This video was awesome. I also loved playing battlefront 2 splitscreen on my ps2 when I was younger.

Can you give some advices, how you scale your helmets? i believe the mando helmet i bought in a set was to big, used netfabb to messure the distance from inner ear side to the other. but still.. its kinda big in the width but it fits in the depth and height. and mostly i got some troubles messure armor pieces like gauntlets, chest and helmets. a video for that would be awesom.
