What iz ur next project?
SEANS CRAFT OMG I LOVE UR VIDS IM
Hey Sean this is the best clone trooper helmet do you want the template?
I can't even tell its cardboard anymore😅
i feel like it’s not really cardboard, because there’s all that other stuff on it
@@BotanRiceit’s still cardboard regardless, just cleverly added to, and upgraded.
Could also call it an pep helmet (meaning people do helmets using paper and resin and this is cardboard)
@@NinjaPigSmash its not JUST cardboard. its cardboard, resin, and fiberglass.
@@mrandersen6872 yup, next time actually read what I said. “Cleverly added to, and upgraded” “regardless”.
Oh my gosh! Looks like it came straight from a Star Wars movie set! Honestly so impressive
I've been doing printed clone helmets for the last three years, your dedication to nail this in cardboard is just amazing. I wouldn't think that you could get such accurate render with this type of material. Well done, congratz, you've got all my respect.
Wich 3d printer do you habe? I am Looping to get my own one for printing helmets
@@captainkeely8762 I work mostly on Creality CR-6 Max, also have a CR-10 S4 and S5. The CR-6 are good printers when they work, I had many many issues with some of them, even one not working at all from the day I opened the box, and never did. So few tips: if you buy a printer, test it from day one that you receive it, and don't waste any time to report any trouble if you want them to exchange the damn thing. Second, Creality will send you any side piece if you report any problem with your printer a period of 15 days since you received it. They won't take it back, only sending pieces according to what might be the source of the problem, no further charges as long as you printer in under guarantee. So, use this information as you want lol
I have not much experience with other brand of printers, maybe some folks might give you more advices.
I would've thought this helmet was 3D printed if I didn't knew it was made out of cardboard. Great Work! 💯👌👍
You were my inspiration to start making helmets and props. You've come so far and I can still learn from you.
Imma be honest, that rough look at 12:03 with just the black and red of the primer and bondo and all the low spots looks sick af on its own
I’m still constantly amazed every time you make a post! It’s insane what you can do with cardboard. Great work!
This may be one of the most incredible things I’ve ever seen on TH-cam. I’ve been a fan of you since 1k subs, and I still watch you, even though I dont really have much time to make the helmets.
Just finishing up my phase 1 clone helmet with your templates and I got to say all of your work is amamzing🔥
The helmet is amazing, and honestly all your projects are gonna be amazing from now on. They were already amazing before, but they just get better and better. Because I think you’ve hit your peak in prop making skills. In fact it’ll probably get even better! And I love how your watching breaking bad while building the helmet.
It's extremly satisfying to watch all these pieces fit together so perfectly and how the project comes together step by step. When i started making helmets it was just a pain cause i had to make every piece at least 3 times until i got it right. And don't even let me start on the struggle to create a smooth surface. But overall it's fun and your videos made it possible in the first place.
The production quality of this video compared to previous videos is incredible. The voice over is killer, and the helmet itself is amazing. Great job!
they just keep getting better and better. you really inspired me man. Thanks for your stuff
This is magnificent! You are incredibly talented for being able to make something so amazing and so accurate out of carboard.
I’ve been watching your videos since you started watching back in 2018. I took a break for a bit and came back and holy cow! This is absolutely incredible. So much better than your old ones.
Very clever. That’s the thing I like. I don’t think it makes sense when companies sell props for $500+ when the actual prop for the movie was made so cheaply or it wasn’t even real to begin with.
It’s all about technique.
No it’s because mass producing these isn’t easy
Honestly looks like you 3d printed that thing its incredible. Amazing job dude
Wow that looks insane.
Nice work!!! Your vent/tube things are way better than mine, and your paint jobs are incredible! Great work bro!
this looks absolutly epic bro, well done
Damn! Your helmets keep getting better and better. I can't wait to see the big reveal.
Another W for RJ!! Helmet looking fire as usual man 🔥🔥🔥💪💪
Bro that is crazy. Keep up the good work
Amazing work as always
this is super cool! keep up the good work
Great Work! Nice to see you back 🤩
Literally my favorite clone ever
Literally better than any of my black series helmets!❤
You are good at what you do
You are the most underrated creator I have ever had the pleasure of watching.
This is so so cool. It looks insane. It is way better than any card board helmet I can make.
Good job! Looks awesome!
this is amazing and you have talent bro. keep it going
This helmet is amazing! A tip I have seen from other guys who do this stuff is a bondo-water mixture of mostly water added to bondo in a cup mixed together. It creates a bondo liquid you can more easily apply than normal bondo which could fix the problem you have (as shown). Using 60 grit as a start and then 150 and then 200 could also help. Overall good shit man!
Bro perfected his craft perfectly
Woww, this is crazy, as I saw the thumbnail, I thought you would make an unboxing, but then I realized, you made this yourself!!! You really improved!!!!! 🙌👏👏
Im doing this project myself for the first time using this video as a guide and I just did the second coat on resin yesterday. I ended up using some double sided tape, scotch tape for the curved parts in an attempt to avoid hot glue residue, and duct tape on some parts that i thought could use some extra strength before applying any resin. I think using the tape as a crutch left me with a much rougher product so i’m afraid the resin won’t get rid of those imperfections, but maybe the sanding and painting steps will help with that. I’m going to try doing a EVA foam build next and see which one i prefer.
the edits in the end are 🔥
This was well worth the wait
my dude this looks *amazing*, im gonna get the supplies and do this
Awesome work!
im building my own clone trooper armor for my oc rn, and this tutorial was excellent
That actually looks insane🔥🔥🔥
It’s insane to see how far you’ve come compared to your original ones
Dang man I was watching your videos back when you were only at a couple thousand subs. Keep up the grind man 👍🏻
Thats so cool man
Well done mate I'm subs you for this art! Excellent work! For the Republic..
Pretty amazing
this honestly looks so good! i know you’ve made a phase 2 commander wolffle helmet in the past, but would it be possible for you to make an updated phase 2 commander wolffe helmet? i feel like all the extra details youve added into this helmet would look great, especially for wolffe’s recon style helmet!
Fantastic job! Would love to see you tackle the Viper Pilot helmet from the recent Battlestar Galactica!
One word: Amazing!
Excellent build! I see you have tour templates available, but how'd you determine where your darts go during design?
Insane!!
This is rad!
oh and the shock trooper helmet looks sick🕶🕶🕶
This is incredible as usual. Everytime you keep getting better. Perhaps could you makes Michael Keatons Batman cowl from any of his films please??
Looks amazing Brother 👍🏻🇦🇺
Súper cool!!
Try Classic Stormtrooper Helmet with these new techniques! every helmet is better and better! Amazing work!
Amazing work, I am eager to use the instructions and craft such a helmet myself. Before buying the templates I wanted to know if there a hints given with in on how to adjust the scale of the pieces/helmet to fit the size of your head or if it's OS. Anyways thanks a lot for the tutorial. Much love
So realistic! If anyone sees this in real life, they’ll definitely think this is a plastic helmet, even it’s a cosplay look like! Nobody will even think about making this from cardboard!
LESSGOO He's back btw, would you ever make a mandalorian helmet with a custom design?
Art.
Make the armor bro!!!
🤫
I've watched all your clone helmet videos and I still don't believe my eyes
If I didn’t know better I would think it was 3D printed or injection molded. It looks incredible.
He’s back
So cool
I’d love to see you make a clone commando helmet!
It would be awesome if you could start adding links to the supplies used. especially if you add a list to this video. It would help me and others make as close clone helmets as you.
increible trabajo ,
huge huge fan. you should consider making an updated captain gregor/ cammando helmet
dude, that’s awesome. You gotta try to make commander thorns helmet next pls.
Definition of quality over quantity
holy shit that’s insane! that’s incredible bro. Do you have foam armor for some of your helmets?
Really good video ! I have a question, i want to make a storm Trooper Armor with Eva foam , do you think raisin fit to the foam liké carboard ?
This helmet looks so good! One of your best! My only concern is that you don’t wear a respirator when working with resin.
The on I used is non toxic, and doesn’t give off fumes!
Bro made it a bit too realistic
I use car body filler after the fibre glass it’s cheaper and goes further than the spot putty and easy to sand then use the spot putty for the imperfections
I have a tip when you want to leather it like its worn out mix black and water 49/51 and paint it and like poke with a crumbled tissue
I recently purchased the Howzer templates and When making the darts used on the dome on this model do you bend and glue each individual cut or just bend it and do that for the diagonal pieces and the piece going from ear to ear?
The helmet looked good with the one layer of bondo
Fire your hands down one of the best cardboard prop makers
Sorry if you’ve already answered this question, but I’ve been recently getting into making things like this and was wondering how you measure the darts or if you just eyeball them.
wonderful💯💯💯
Where’d you get that!? Ima need that now!!!( meme reference) also freaking cool design also what’s your favorite legion? ( mines the 501st)
amazin will defenitly do thos one too but maybe an 41st ranger platoon phase 2 heavy trooper out of battlefront 2 next ? also love your vids
I just want to ask but have you ever thought about making any of the spartan helmets from halo I think it would be awesome to look at your spin on one of the helmets from the series like mark 5 or 6
How much resin and cardboard did you end up using? Im panning on buying your templates
U deserve more credit
Nice helmet
Cool
Nice❤❤❤.
Hey I’m just wondering how you made the centre chin detail
The Dome part for me at least is so incredible hard to do
Beauty
Question: Some friends I are making a Star Wars The Old Republic fan film, but for it we need some old republic Sith Trooper armor. Think you could make one of those suits?
This should be illegal this is toooooooo good looking
would it be possible to cover in carbon fiber? im thinking of making a helmet around my paintball helmet so I needs to be strong enough to get shot at
I love his stuff, yall ad a question because yall probably know it, for the template do you print it out or what. Pls tell me so I know what to do when I buy it
