Thank you for the upload and being so great about getting back with me! My D series blue/black Frog showed up on Thursday directly from Gshock and wow is all I can say! I have a 7.25 wrist and wow does this watch look good on the wrist! I am blown away by the quality of the Frogman and I can definitely say it won't be my last frogman I purchase! A Colorway that stands out will be my next one! I love my gulfmaster but the Frog has stolen my heart now! Thanks again for all the help and this video!! 🐸🐸🐸

STOP HELPING ME TO CHOOSE BOTH! Love the D series Frog. The sapphire glass really pops and online pictures just don’t do it justice. I have the black/blue model and do intend to actively use it for diving. Now just considering whether I should get a second model which I keep a bit more pristine.
I'd choose the Black/blue. It will go well with my winter jacket as it has velcro sleeves so any watch can't get under the sleeve itself. Yes - even a thin Swiss one. So why the Froggy, since the D1000 here is even bigger? Well, simple. But I should say, I am kind of liking the overengineered gadgets, stuff like ultra portable rain jacket for summer/spring rainy days, or a G - Shock with barometer to know if I can make it to the store and back without rain getting into the way. With the D1000 I will simply wear him OVER the sleeve of the jacket, and while the jacket does add some heft, he is meant to be worn over anything and survive unpleasant conditions.
It has, but not enough to actually pull the trigger. Maybe a different colour way. More monotone, less colour and I could be swayed. Nice bit of kit though🤔
@ I’m just used to wearing a 42mm watch. I’m just concerned I won’t end up wearing it often as I’d like because it’ll be too large. I currently wear a gw9500 for work and it’s fine.
@jonberg469 Thanks for clarifying. With an 8” wrist, you more than likely have large hands. This is a factor that’s often overlooked when considering a larger watch. It’s actually your hand size that either compliments or has a negative impact on how the watch looks on your wrist. With the frogman, the larger your wrist/hand, the better it will suite you. Having said that, many people with smaller wrists, wear frogman (even the larger D Series Frogs). My wrist fluctuates between 7.25 and 7.75 depending on my current weight status (I’m up and down) but the one thing that remains the same is the size of my hands,(bear paws). That’s how I feel I’m able to pull off larger watches. In my humble opinion, you will be just fine with the D Series Frogman, you naturally have the size of wrist and hand to pull it off. Try it and let me know how it goes🐸🐸🐸
