Absolutely… this is how I look at it
FACEBOOK is an exchange of service
Facebook is a blank canvas it’s filled with people’s days
Facebook is empty until we post on social media - it’s then consumed by our family and friends and when something is valuable it gets shared around
Facebook then sell that attention like CX they sell the attention of fulfilling the work competed

CX - is empty it’s a blank canvas with all the tools to build on
It needs drivers & work to be fulfilled otherwise it’s pointless because they don’t market for work. They market for completing your work for you.
It’s a service exchange
Freight forwarders post to fulfil orders - they set the price
CX in the middle
Driver - wants the value of that job based on what they want to go to and from

Uber - the market for people to use it.
The price is set by Uber
The drivers are paid by Uber
The driver's days are filled with Uber
Big big big difference

I struggle to articulate the way I think once I've got that 😂 ill be able to make more sense but in trying and working with better people
