      I bought a home test machine £19.99 much better for me than missing a 1/2 days work, but of course it is not as good as the full test.

    Looking at being a inderpendent courier what can do you recommend also what is the cx like in the north east ?

    • @saintsmanthesmallvancourie3219
      @saintsmanthesmallvancourie3219  4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      The North East is very difficult place to get work from, depending on your circumstances i think you would need to tramp or have to swallow lots of dead miles. What van depends on you're budget and requirements. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

    Hi, would you consider a Caddy Maxi as a good van for Courier work?

    • @saintsmanthesmallvancourie3219
      @saintsmanthesmallvancourie3219  10 วันที่ผ่านมา

      I have no experience of the caddy so can't really comment. Best thing is to Google for reviews.

    Hi mate
    Do you find you need that phone ear piece for clear calls ?
    Cheers

      Yeah definitely, I've tried the small white ear pods but didn't like them. There is too much noise to have the phone on speaker.

      For constistently competitive prices I would recommend 2 cards (yes one of them uses the UK Fuels network):
      Silvey Fleet KeyFuels Fuel Card - costs 50p per month, no minimum usage. Some places have hidden surcharges, so need to be careful (worst are Tesco Garages (inc Esso Tesco) which charge pump price plus 20%) - most of the other surcharges are reasonable, but still best avoided. My Silvey price for next week is 115.26 pence per litre, plus VAT.
      Watson Card UK Fuels - this card is free and has no minimum usage terms, so no penalty at all for getting it and carrying it around with you. Again, it has hidden surcharges at some garages. Make sure you get the right card - the Watson Card, the red one, the first one you can see on their website card comparison - I don't think they have very big margins on these cards, so they WILL try and persuade you to take other, more expensive, cards instead. My Watson price for next week is 115.74 ppl plus VAT.
