I'm more of a Toyota guy myself but I once drove my mates modded Civic and it was pretty good and there easy to drive as well so apart from mechanics of them dunno why everyone attacks them. If they like that car then let them like it and if you don't well don't get involved. Simple 👍🏽
If it's an EX and it's USDM, than it's y8. The video says it has VTEC so that's consistent with the y8 too. I've got one of these, same year and color, automatic (unfortunately). Can barely perceive the VTEC engagement.

And the only reason a v8 has a rumblr sound is the larger exhaust pulses from having 4 more cylinder banging out of two pipes in no particular order. Just like the UEL headers on a Subaru. Have you noticed why most modered V8's especially German V8 crackled like a honda with a cheap exhaust? Even, consistent exhaust pulses.

Seriously, you guys hate for honda astounds me. Does the idea some people prefer small motor cars really anger you? You have a V8 that came factory with twice the power. What else do you have to prove?
Well this was back in Jan 2013 so it's probably not, just the trick back then, where you put actual uncooked rice lining the exhaust to give it that crisp sound
