The only thing is that Low BP person perform Kabalbhati with fast strokes and High BP vice-versa. Kindly put light on this topic too. Because in these days number of BP and Hypertension persons are very. They should also have right to get benefit from this technique. At last thanks for explaining the matter from its core.

Excellent video. I also perform this kriya. Earlier I used to do it for 30 minutes non-stop @65-75 strokes per minute. I was told by one expert not to for more than 5 minutes with break after every one minute. I am 62 years old. I would like to know for how much time I should perform kapalbhati now?. Dont do 30 min continuously do only 120 stroke with 3 or 4 different stroke
One stroke around 20 stroke for beginner

Drink 1-2 glass of warm water and go for fresh and then u can start your any yoga or exercise
