My prostate gland size is 45cc (normal size should be 20cc) and sometimes, I have problem of slow pass-out of urine. I will try to follow YOGA ASANS that you explained in video very well. I liked your way of video demonstration extremely. Excellent 👌👌👌 and very very useful video. Ramesh Modha, Maths Teacher Gujarat. At which time, can I do these important ASANS, i.e. morning or evening or both the time?
Prostate size depends upon the age. I am 69 years old and my prostate gland size is 59.5 cc as on May 2021. Previous year it was 48 cc. It was because of less body movement, being Covid season, it is increased. I am having prostate for the last 12 years. Since I am practicing yoga for 27 years I do not have any problem in passing urine. Better time for practicing yoga is early morning with empty stomach. As age increases prostate gland will alse increase, which is a natural phenomenon and nothing to worry if yogasana is done regularly.

Nowadays,safe operation makes a person completely cured. But doctor must be experienced much. But for the time being, you should immediately start medication. If it is benign, urimax 0.4 will in all probability will be prescribed by doctor but first consult with a Urologist.

At which time, can I do these important ASANS, i.e. morning or evening or both the time?
Prostate size depends upon the age. I am 69 years old and my prostate gland size is 59.5 cc as on May 2021. Previous year it was 48 cc. It was because of less body movement, being Covid season, it is increased. I am having prostate for the last 12 years. Since I am practicing yoga for 27 years I do not have any problem in passing urine. Better time for practicing yoga is early morning with empty stomach. As age increases prostate gland will alse increase, which is a natural phenomenon and nothing to worry if yogasana is done regularly.

@@AbdulAziz-up1uu there are so many good medicines available in the market for prostrate problem. These Asana is helpful before prostate problem starts. Nowadays,safe operation makes a person completely cured. But doctor must be experienced much. But for the time being, you should immediately start medication. If it is benign, urimax 0.4 will in all probability will be prescribed by doctor but first consult with a Urologist.

Till today I have not found duch a good explanation regarding yoga and posture of body for prostate and urinary tract problems. Very very nice , I listened free demo , it is very helpfull. All people may not pay .
