    August 2024 Balance program day 15 complete! I remember this one from way back and it’s still a great challenge for the body to move lighter weights in ways we don’t norma move! Sydney said just a light glistening at the end but I am sweaty!! Pilates always seems so easy but I’m always so challenged by it!!! Crushed it!!! 🥵🥵🥵🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🔥🔥🔥

    Crushed it! Felt great even if I was getting a bit frustrated with the poses. Perfect week for deloading because I will be out of town Thursday and Friday and can probably still workout with y'all. See y'all tomorrow #sydneysquad Thank y'all for this much needed workout!

    Happy Saturday Sydney, Dustin and Squad!! I feel very happy to crushed it this amazing 30 minutes Pilates workout! Being my first time I do Pilates with Sydney I find out, that aren’t easy, when concentrate on the muscle you are working with!! Sydney excellent job!!

    Balance August 2024 - Pilates moves are no joke - it was a nice refreshing change from all of our hard work this past 2 months - It would be awesome if one pilates or yoga day were thrown into each week of each program - Great work everyone

    Love Pilates. Used to do it all the time but not anymore. It’s always challenging. Did it on Sunday as my week was messed up with work. Getting kind of bored of August though. Makes me not want to work out anymore. Hopefully September brings good things and less cardio!
