*If you have state certificate, it'll work.*
There's a UPSC's notification of it being valid based on two criteria below:
• Just make sure that the NCL certificate is *signed by authorities mentioned by UPSC* and that your *caste name is exactly as it is in the central list.*
• Lastly, follow the valid dates and 3 year income requirement given in the notification.
Any other correction is allowed and a window frame is given even after your interview.

Not needed... It is assumed that your certificate is based on these year income...in Mains DAF you have to fill these income

Sir, this was my biggest doubt about the financial period. I got obc ncl certificate in the upsc website form. The upsc format doesn’t have the financial period column. So, like you said, is it assumed that the certificate is for past 3 financial year period ?

Sir maine obc ncl ( Delhi) banwaya hai par sdm office me tehsildar ne leh diya ki qo apne fix format pe hi banayenge unhone mujhe bohot saarw ncl certificate bhi dikhaye. Aur upsc apne format pe maang raha hai. Mai kya karu
