Good evening sir , I had a question while filling the form of UPSC ESE caste. Sir, my father was employed in PSU as an engineer and my mother is housewife. In 2022 my father passed away at age 54. When he was in service i was coming under creamy layer but now since he is no more, am i eligible for OBC-NCL. And one more thing is that now our gross income is only from other sources (interest from bank deposit) which exceeds 8 lakh. My mother files the ITR. So am I eligible for OBC-NCL.

Sir mere father 31 dec 2023 ko retire ho chuke hain promoted from group c to group b at the age of 58)and i belong to obc ncl to agar daf fill krna ho to usme income certificate 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 ka lagega( i think )to usme koi problem nhi hogi? Because 2023 dec tk ki income 8 lakh+ hai and uske baad retire hue hain. Also am i eligible for obc- ncl or not. Because aapne btaya daf 2 ko fill krne me problem hogi itr lagega.Mujhe 2025 ka exam Dena hai. Sir please reply

Sir , I have obc ncl certificate of dated 05-01-2024 issued by govt of Punjab...i have chked it ,it is in same format which you have explained in the video... Sir for 2025 attempt , can i use this certificate and take the printout of upsc obc format filling it manually and get it signed by respective authority... Sir my doubt is that while signing the format the authority will be writing the date of 5-01-2024 ,will ut make the blunder??
