Sir you said wrong on 17:06 Candidates do not need to submit income certificates of the last 3 consecutive FYs.. Yes, OBC must be based on these 3 FYs. That's all. In short an OBC certificate should be the latest one. For eg if a candidate appears in 2024, then s/he must have OBC certificate ready after 1st April 2023 and before the last date of applying prelims. So please guys be careful and if u don't have it then first generate your obc certificate.

Your OBC NCL certificate will be of year 2023-204 and for that you need to submit income certificate of year 2020-2021, 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 to be eligible for CSE'24 in OBC.
Whether caste certificate and resident certificate be necessary to be of the same State or Suppose a person is residing in chhattisgarh but originally belong to odisha,then in this case may i submit vaste certificate of Odisha and resident certificate of Chhattisgarh in UPSC
No need to produce a residence certificate. Since you originally belong to odisha, so your obc ncl certificate will be from odisha. Chhattisgarh obc certificate will not be valid. Remember, obc ncl only to make from the original state from where your parents are.

About Group B, if both, mother and father are direct recruits then you are Creamy Layer, and if only the Father is a group B direct recruit and isn't promoted to group A before the age of 40, then you are not a creamy layer. Also this doesn't apply to mother.

In ncl, your income won't be considered. Your parents' income will be taken up to decide whether you are a creamy layer or not. So you are eligible.
