      Cooked, you mean? Oh, I have! I've done it for a year and six months before. I do love veganism and everything about it this time though I am trying a more raw approach simply because that was when I felt my own personal best. Consuming as many raw fruits and veggies as possible. Thank you for your suggestion, though! I'm definitely going to stick to vegan either way. Bless xo

    I have been trying to go raw for a while. Whenever i eat raw, i feel so goood! I eat raw for a few days then go back to putting in some breads and other food in my diet...and man do i feel a difference. It's just hard at social gatherings and when traveling . Really admire you for your lifestyle! Keep being awesome, you inspire so many to live healthier. 🍉🍌🍍

    My three go to leafy green choices are: SWISS CHARD, BABY BOK CHOY, MUSTARD GREENS!!!!! Swiss chard makes great raw wraps or green smoothies. The last two lightly steamed are booooomb!!!! Go to an Asian market and search for mustard greens, slightly bitter but taste full bodied lol that's the only way I could explain it. 😅 (dandelion greens are always an option... collard greens too.. ) did you know that they are all great plant sources of calcium? I know YOU know Kristina hehe but your viewers?? 👍😊

    Today I made my first celery juice. Amazingly I find it very refreshing and delicious. I love celery, so for me, this is such a treat. Drinking it cold tastes so good. Thank you for all your tips. You are truly an inspiration. God bless.

    My 3 optimal health veggies are :
    1- Wheatgrass (always & only in JUICE form)
    2- Dandelions (THE WHOLE PLANT from the root to the flower)
    3- Broccoli sports
    EXTRA BONUS :
    "mixed cabbages"(= white, red, green or other) SAUERKRAUT

    Kale salad is addictive. I love it so much.
    Sometimes I think people forget to massage it before dressing it, so they think it is too tough.

    I subscribed I usually have spinach and kale every day. Love celery also. I'm not a vegan but I do love my fruits and veggies. I'm glad I've picked this lifestyle up at an early age. Thank God people tell me I haven't aged a day since high school which was about 10 years ago

    Love your videos ! I juice daily
    Cucumber, celery , parsley with spinach ,kale or romaine and add a medjool date or two for some sweetness and cayanne pepper . Love sweet and spicy 😁 helps me to rid any edema issue and sleep much better too !

    I like to see the energy you have. You are very inspiring. I like different greens. I really like the taste of cilantro.The other night I made a salad with spinach, cilantro, onion, & tomato. For the dressing I just put spicy deli mustard, two teaspoons of organic apple cider vinegar

    GREAT INFO GIRL!! Love the tip about kale and grape tomatoes. Just so you know Kale and spinach contain oxalic acid which can block the absorption of calcium and iron.. Always rotate greens (kale and spinach).

    You should do a shopping list and meal plan for one week of raw vegan eating, as well as offer alternative variations(not neccesarily purchase and make but suggest what a non raw vegan might be able to use from their own pantry instead in certain recipes) that would be so awesome!!     Celery, Kale, Spinach, Parsley, Cilantro, Oregano, Lemon/Lime, Ginger, and Green Apples - Omega 902 Masticating Juicer. That said, there is a lot of prep-time and clean up. I usually spend 2 hours doing this.

    Love you Miss Kristina. I had entered a very unhealthy, mentally unstable place in life after my 5 year old daughter died suddenly. I came accross your message after being discharged from a hospital's menral ward where all I wanted to do is die.       We’re not supposed to eat greens or vegetables. We’re not herbivores. We’re frugivores. This is why her voice is going out. Greens are toxic too much sulfur.

    The best kale smoothie if mixed with sweet pineapple. So fresh and delicious👍😃

    Thank you for your precious suggestions. following you I'm learning a lot of different ways to eat the same thing. My princesses loves to eat kale like a rabbit :)) she's 4 years old. For the rest...I think I'm gonna make some juices 😘

    I try to put a handful of spinach or kale in my smoothie with plenty of different fruits with almond milk and ice and have a cup of that before bed every night with my 2 little girls. I like how we are able to make a smoothie almost out of everything and our kids won't know what we really put in there because it tastes so sweet, otherwise majority of kids won't eat greens or fruits. So I use the blender for this exact excuse so I can have my children drink a smoothie each day and put as much as I can in it to benefit them
