    I love the effect when you first unravelled the stiches and they all dropped out to different lengths.

    Having only a 'toy' machine, I am quite happy to invest the time to use a latch hook to rib. It's still so much faster than hand knitting and that is my alternative. Thanks for demonstrating another very useful stitch.

      It's a kind of tuck stitch. Of course, you can do tuck stitches on the stitches you don't reform into purls by pulling needles into hold.
