I'm glad you like it! I don't have notes any more, but this was probably a sport weight yarn and I'm guessing I would have knitted it at TD 3 or 4. You can experiment with the yarn you have until you get a fabric you like. I would not go with a thicker yarn though, as in my experience, it won't tuck well. Good luck!
Absolutely gorgeous! I noted also that your edges weren't as curly as if it were straight stockinette. Do you still do an after-knitting edge somehow before gifting?
Thank you! It's true that tuck stitch does not curl as badly as stockinette, but it still does a little. So I still like to put some sort of edging on it.
@@christinesknittingroom thanks for the info! I have a standard gauge machine (4.5mm) and DK weight yarn. That's proving to be too much for knitting a tuck pattern on every needle using the programming of my machine. I'm going to try this manual tuck pattern on every other needle and see if I can manage using the DK weight this way. 🙂
Sorry I didn't see your question earlier! Your best best is to do a fairly large swatch, keeping track of how many needles used and rows done. Then you can measure your results and go from there.
The LK150 is a very versatile machine and you can use a variety of yarns with it. I use mine a lot. Watch as many videos as you can find. That will help you decide if it is the right machine for you. Thank you for your comment!
Love this! I just got my HK 100 and I think my first project will be a baby blanket in this pattern for my daughter.
Sounds great, I hope it goes well for you!
Thank you. I'm really glad you showed what it looked like, that was helpful.
Thank you - I hope you have had a chance to give it a try!
Very nice!
Thank you, I hope you will give it a try!
both side are really nice
Thank you, I hope you give it a try ☺️
@@christinesknittingroom I'm just getting back to knitting and I'm playing around with some pattern idea's so I can do this into my pattern
Love this tuck stitch! What weight yarn and carriage tension are you using?

That’s a beautiful stitch. I’m new to knitting on a machine. Do you have a video for beginners that explains this tuck stitch?
This is about as easy as I can make it. Follow the steps and you should be able to do it. Thanks!

This is beautiful! How many rows did you do for this blanket? I want to make one for a baby gift, but I’m not sure how big to go.

Beautiful stitch. How would you finish the edge
Thank you! I usually do a round of single crochet in the main color, then a few rounds of a complementary color.
