Here is a cheeky little speed build on a CHEWSDAY. I decided on building a couple of modern mews houses with custom content! :)

I'm on maternity leave with my 8 week baby and I have pretty much watched your entire back catalogue of videos while I'm tied to the sofa nursing - I'm now eagerly awaiting an upload every day and I've never clicked on one so fast after it's gone live 🤣🤣🤣

OBSESSED WITH THIS ONE mews houses are so cool they're small but not too small for a couple just starting out or a single person I don't know I adore them, love what you did with these ones , can just imagine how expensive they'd be in real life but we can all live the fantasy in the sims 🙈

Oh, Aden! Yet another fabulous, dream home(s)! I love this build. I also love the new stuff from Pierisim and Felix. I also am vibing with Harrie's Coastal Collection. I use David's Apartment all the time these days. EDIT: I can't believe you fit this on a 20x20 lot. You're just so good with space planning.

I was literally slobbering over a gorgeous patterned armchair in Pierisim's MCM collection last night. His stuff is beyond amazing. I wasn't familiar with his CC until you mentioned him in a recent video, so thank you for that!

I love this build Aden.
I love making townhouses in my game where the layouts are the same but the aesthetics are different for the different families.
Those two houses are both gorgeous so it is impossibile to decide. Such good job as usual 💪🏻

A little more info on Mews:
These were communal stables inbetween Victorian housing where all the horses were kept.
The ground floors were reserved for the animals, while the upper floor was often used as a home for the stablehands.
You can imagine that these ground floors are easily converted into a garage later on.
It kinda reminds me of the American "Dingbat" in a way.

Imagine not only the ottoman having wheels BUT the chair also. Trying to sit and landing on your bum, because the chair and ottoman are wheeling in opposite directions. Wheeeeeeeee!!!

I like both I have no custom content on mine as my laptop would seriously lag but love what you have used they are well lush am looking forward to the horse ranch for the build and buy same as you rather than the game play of it

This is a gorgeous build with amazing CC (I think I have them all?) Im thinking the Mews would be a great bachelor pad/s for my regency gp but with a more georgian look. The Mews would be great with the new horse pack as well 👍🏼🤔
Hate to expose myself to ridicule, but I am a console player 😮. While I cannot take advantage of this build because of the cc, I love the ideas and still enjoy hearing your thoughts to help me come up with my own. I would love to live in the “green” side myself. The other side is also beautiful but a bit to neat for me.

AS FOR the new pack...Meh. I don't care about the whole concept but the world looks beautiful and I'm excited to see the build/buy 'cos it's all that matters to me. I probably will only create one or two horses because I don't really play the game. Cottage Living was the one pack I actually played A LOT!
All big cities are too expensive. I live just outside Chicago and the rents alone are outrageous. New York and LA are even worse!

These houses are very cool, but I don't like these concrete floors. It looks unfinished to me and oh dear, it must be so cold!
