Ep. 10 - Wheels & tires revealed! So stoked, looks sick! | Cali MK1 Part 10

Alright TH-cam fam I can't keep my excitement contained any longer! Here's the reveal of my new wheel and tire set up (for now) for the VR6 swapped Rabbit! After a quick coiler adjustment the fitment is close to perfect. I could go lower, but that stock VR6 oil pan is getting real close to the pavement! First time the car has been off of the wheel dollies in nearly 2 years and it looks sooo good! Spoiler alert:
Front: Enkei 92 15x7 ET38 with 165/50R15 tires
Rear: Enkei 92 15x8 ET22 with 185/45R15 tires

Wheels look great but I’d say you need another two inch drop at the back and matching up at the front 👍🏻

I don’t disagree! Final ride height will be determined by how close the VR6 oil pan is to the ground. It’s already pretty close but I haven’t installed a shortened pan yet. When I do that I can go lower!
