When i try to edit with elementor it brings a default product which i dont want. I dont know if you get my frustration?

Great tutorial but when i add the option in woocommerce to create an account at checkout, it doesn't display that option for the user to create an account at checkout.

Great basic content. A lot of the items you use in your Elementor Pro are not in the newest version (just got it 3 days ago). This newer version doesn't seem as user-friendly as the one you're using. For instance, to get back to WP I was using the eyeball and then clicking "back to WP". When I hovered over the E in the upper left, it just said 'Elementor logo'. Until you did it on the "Homepage" build, I had no idea I could go back to WP by clicking the logo. There are other things that are different too.

Hi There! Thanks for the great and important question. In my honest opinion, WooCommerce cannot handle that many products. I would go with Magento or PrestaShop for this many products… it just works better!

I have a question about the search bar regarding the new update. Do you know if you can still re-size the bar after you activate the new functions from Elementor 3.23? The size slide bar that you used to have disappears because of those new settings. It looks like you can only change custom width now.

Matt, for the cart page.. is it ok to erase everything first like you showed and then build it in theme builder? As I have all the pages in theme builder connected to the actual pages. Hope it make sense what I'm asking :)

Fantastic tutorial.... At around 3:15, you add CSS snippets to hide the shopping button. I thought it was fantastic! But I choose Astra Theme, and it has an “Add to Wishlist” option. How do I remove this option from the products page? Thanks

I'm sorry it took me so long to respond, I left it to respond later and ended up forgetting… But basically, when I did my research I saw that Astra is the most used theme with a large community. So I thought I would use it if in case I have any problem it would be easy to find solutions. I've seen a lot of your videos, and I think you're a good person to explain the WordPress world. I have no experience with WordPress, and I decided to build my own website after a lot of frustration with some people. If I could suggest a future video, I'd suggest doing it about WooCommerce settings, especially shipping categories, which are very complicated and very hard to find good content.

Elementor loads slowly, sometimes not at all. I don't know what to do. I only have a few plugings. And only a few pages and media files. Do you have any advice.
Hi there! Thanks for your question. Well it depends on how it’s made, what theme you are using and the hosting company you signed up for. If you follow this tutorial you will see that there are no problems with the speed of the backend or frontend of the website 👍🏻😀

What happened is that I watched a tutorial of website like gsmarena and followed instead of watching and doing nothing , 6 months ago I started with hostinger and elementor pro and what I found out that the tutorial didn't show how to add filters, categories 😐. So yeah I am stuck and have literally used up what I had. I tried to add filter everything and many other tools and due to some bug nothing was working at all, so I performed a reset and found your channel, thought you could help me seeing how responsive you are with your viewers. Hi Fahim! Thanks for the question. You can hide some fields with CSS, but most of the times I use this plugin: woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-checkout-field-editor/ Let me know if that works!

It was great until the Woocommerce plugin part. The video was published just 3 months ago; for some reason, my interface is absolute;y different. Mine does not match the video steps at all. No idea how to correctly add products, categories or the rest.

@@petsimk Your likely on version 3.23 of Elementor. Instead of clicking the grid pattern on the upper right to access widgets it is now the “+” right next to the “E” logo. The gear icon that he clicks to escape I now click on the “E” icon top left and select “Exit to WordPress”

Do you know if this tutorial/guide is outdated? The Size button under Edit Search--> Content--> Search Form--> [ SIZE ] is not there. It's different from the video. Is there another way to change only the height of the widgets in Elementor Pro? This way you can edit your theme builder and all single products will also change 😃 That makes sure that everything looks consistent on your website. So no, each product looks the same!

Hi there! Thanks for the question! In this setup people will register when they checkout and buy a product for the first time. But if you want to make a “register page” it’s also possible! I haven’t created such a page, but with duplicating the “my account page” you could then replace the “my account” module with a registration module. I have not yet created a tutorial about this step…. I might do this, but after the holidays!!

@@WPressDoctor not sure I understand. However, each "page" in the theme builder should be connected to the pages in WordPress. Not that they are directly edited in pages in WordPress. That can cause you problems if doing it directly.. been there, that's why I'm saying :)
Yes blogs with the theme builder is the way to go! Dynamic content can be done with Advanced Custom Fields - depending on what the source should be 😀👍🏻

Great tutorial but when i add the option in woocommerce to create an account at checkout, it doesn't display that option for the user to create an account at checkout.

Great basic content. A lot of the items you use in your Elementor Pro are not in the newest version (just got it 3 days ago). This newer version doesn't seem as user-friendly as the one you're using. For instance, to get back to WP I was using the eyeball and then clicking "back to WP". When I hovered over the E in the upper left, it just said 'Elementor logo'. Until you did it on the "Homepage" build, I had no idea I could go back to WP by clicking the logo. There are other things that are different too.
Where do you get the images that have text and a button on it?

Hi There! Thanks for the great and important question. In my honest opinion, WooCommerce cannot handle that many products. I would go with Magento or PrestaShop for this many products… it just works better!

I have a question about the search bar regarding the new update. Do you know if you can still re-size the bar after you activate the new functions from Elementor 3.23? The size slide bar that you used to have disappears because of those new settings. It looks like you can only change custom width now.

Matt, for the cart page.. is it ok to erase everything first like you showed and then build it in theme builder? As I have all the pages in theme builder connected to the actual pages. Hope it make sense what I'm asking :)

@@WPressDoctor hey Matt, not going well :D .. built it with the loop builder for products archive.. which would need to showcase all the products.. but for some reason Elementor is creating some redirect on the actual add to cart link and I can't even access the product page for a particular product I want.. which is crazy..
Ah ok, then I would use a page instead of the theme builder for the cart 👍🏻 might solve this redirect loop!
@@WPressDoctor just a little update. It's all good by doing it that way how I started, I made some mistake in the setup. So like the whole theme can be done with the theme builder 😀

There are many tutorials in the utube, but most showing using paid plugins. I wanted to learn how to use default search widget. Thank you.

Fantastic tutorial.... At around 3:15, you add CSS snippets to hide the shopping button. I thought it was fantastic! But I choose Astra Theme, and it has an “Add to Wishlist” option. How do I remove this option from the products page?

Hi there! Thanks for the kind words! Hm that is a good question. As Astra uses its own CSS, I don’t know exactly how to answer this. New CSS has to be written! But uhm, why use Astra and not just Hello Theme?
I'm sorry it took me so long to respond, I left it to respond later and ended up forgetting… But basically, when I did my research I saw that Astra is the most used theme with a large community. So I thought I would use it if in case I have any problem it would be easy to find solutions.
I've seen a lot of your videos, and I think you're a good person to explain the WordPress world. I have no experience with WordPress, and I decided to build my own website after a lot of frustration with some people. If I could suggest a future video, I'd suggest doing it about WooCommerce settings, especially shipping categories, which are very complicated and very hard to find good content.

Hi thank you for your videos. I bought Elementor Pro and am working on a website for a community gallery. The first few days was wonderful, and then it became a big frustration. @@petsimk Your likely on version 3.23 of Elementor. Instead of clicking the grid pattern on the upper right to access widgets it is now the “+” right next to the “E” logo. The gear icon that he clicks to escape I now click on the “E” icon top left and select “Exit to WordPress”

Do you know if this tutorial/guide is outdated? The Size button under Edit Search--> Content--> Search Form--> [ SIZE ] is not there. It's different from the video. Is there another way to change only the height of the widgets in Elementor Pro? I was hoping Elementor Pro would make things easier, but it seems like just changing the height of widgets seems difficult.

This way you can edit your theme builder and all single products will also change 😃 That makes sure that everything looks consistent on your website. So no, each product looks the same!

Hi there! Thanks for the question! In this setup people will register when they checkout and buy a product for the first time. But if you want to make a “register page” it’s also possible! I haven’t created such a page, but with duplicating the “my account page” you could then replace the “my account” module with a registration module. I have not yet created a tutorial about this step…. I might do this, but after the holidays!!

@@WPressDoctor not sure I understand. However, each "page" in the theme builder should be connected to the pages in WordPress. Not that they are directly edited in pages in WordPress. That can cause you problems if doing it directly.. been there, that's why I'm saying :)
We that’s a way you could do it yes, but using this way, you don’t connect the theme builder with pages, so all should work excellent 👍🏻😀

Yes blogs with the theme builder is the way to go! Dynamic content can be done with Advanced Custom Fields - depending on what the source should be 😀👍🏻
