    thank you for the great video, we absolutely love praia a mare, it has sandy aswell as pebbly beaches with clear still warm water with stunning mountain views from the beach and stunning view of th islo di dino which we went to with a paddle boat !

      Hi Angelo! Yes I love the beaches there too. There are also grottos out there and next Summer I plan on getting a boat tour together. they launch from Scalea and go along the coast. It will be amazing!

    I always thought people from the States just preferred cars instead of walking or public transport, but watching this I realise - you drive on the same side of the road as Italians! I'm from a left hand side driving country - I've tried to drive in Italy but I can't do it.

    i was thinking they drove on left. good to know about Italy. are there any leather or italian shoe factories near by? i buy italian shoes in America to avoid buying cheap chinese products...

      In the north around Venice they drive on the left.

      Hi Deb, I know in Naples you can find great Italian leather shoes for not much money. I am sure in Reggio you can as well. I love Italian shoes!
