Jesus healed my eating disorder testimony

My relationship with Jesus changed my perspective, and what I was living for. He helped me to overcome the need to look perfect, be accepted and loved by peers, and being controlled by food. When God is your first love, your beauty and worth come from Him. He can heal painful wounds of the past. This is my story of how I came to know Jesus, then walked away from him during High School. I came back to Him during my first year of college and realized only God can fulfill the deepest longings of my heart. My life was changed forever, and I hope my story might encourage anyone out there struggling with any trial, or anyone who just wants to know that Jesus is true and changes lives.

I'm so blessed hearing your testimony. My daughter struggled with this desease for so many years. Today she's in the process of healing. And is like you said, is something that is always going to be there in many ways. But when the Lord intervenes, you begin to see things in another perspective. God Bless you.... Ps.
