'Why do you say there is no psychological evolution?'
This channel is managed by the Krishnamurti Foundation Trust, UK, and by the Krishnamurti Foundation of America.
The role of the foundations was described by Krishnamurti when he said, 'The foundations will see to it that these teachings are kept whole, are not distorted, are not made corrupt. They will not give rise to any sectarian spirit in their activities... nor create any kind of place of worship around the teachings or the person.'
We maintain extensive archives of Krishnamurti's original works and all four Krishnamurti foundations are actively engaged in the publication of material in various forms.
Our videos contain thousands of subtitles in more than 25 languages, translated by volunteers from all over the world. If you would like to help us with translating subtitles, please contact us at digital@kfoundation.org

Knowing there is no psychological growth is a tremendous shock that can end the psychological becoming over time tomorrow. One will not use an idea to become better tomorrow and continue being as one is now which is not better. There may be a recognition that: tomorrow, I will be what I am now and the idea of being better tomorrow just kills the action required now by postponing it to some future time. This ends the psychological hope and forces one to act now.

If I was a shy person, and i became less shy and more social. Isnt that psychological improvement ?

I wouldn't call it improvement. You may be shy less often, but it is still a part of you. Just how you're not always sad, happy or angry, they are still part of you.

All that is the outside. The definition of shy, less shy, etc. Go deeper inside. The psyche has no time. Even the current field of psychiatry or psychology has not understood this

To drop all this means to psychologically evolve or spiritually rather. It is just next step of evolution. Ending of violence for example is evolution or evolutionary step.
