I have always been a fan of explorer/ trawler style yachts. But of all of the different walkthroughs I've watched on different yacht channels with TH-cam I would have to say Bering produces a top quality expedition style yacht.
I was watching a whole bunch of tours to have an idea of what I ultimately would enjoy when we make the plunge into larger yacht ownership. As soon as I saw the comprehensive 2 video tour from another channel, literally everything about the Bering 77 just called out to me. The day is coming up very soon and after seeing many other vessels, nothing has knocked it off of the top choice. 👍🏻😎👍🏻
The boat is awesome no doubt. Some great features that i hope the other manufacturers take a hard look at. However I can remember when the focus shifted from the known explorer brands and extolled the virtues of new companies, Cape Horn jumps immediately to mind.
Cruising from Vancouver Canada to Anchorage Alaska and back again on 1 tank of gas in incredible luxury and style 😎 Yeah if I had the money This is the boat I would buy hands down
Seems like the perfect size if you wanted the option to owner operate, or have a chef and Captain. If I could order one, I think the shower across from the sauna would become a wet head, and the side facing part of the seating around the chart table behind the helm would become something that could turn to face forward and recline.
Gerat vid my friend 👍👍👍 , the design of this Bering 77 Trawler is one of the best I've ever seen , no question about . Also the equipment they used are highly marine standards , perfect engineered from my sight . The vermouth drop for me is only the turkey craftsmanship , in the past years I spend many time in turkey and we built power plants for the public grid so I know what I'm talking about . Anyway , its only my experience as team leader for engineering .
There was an in-depth two part video with the founder of Bering. That really educated myself and I’m certain many viewers on yacht design and his thinking. If I am to ever live my dream of circumnavigation of the planet. It will be on the Bering 45.
It's a lovely boat but I'd love to see it at work in the north Alantic or in the bay of biscay in real conditions, in all the promotional videos its always in the mill pond Med
If I stepped onto a B77, I may never step off. The B77 is more ship than yacht. Larger means a full crew; smaller means less comfort on long journeys. 77 is the right size for an energetic couple to live aboard, sail everywhere, without sacrificing amenities, and not costing the stars to purchase and operate (relative to other yachts of type and class).
Bearing is a flexible company and what I mean by that is if you had the money and you asked him to build at 77 yacht outer titanium they probably would I guarantee you that would be very cost prohibitive just about as costprohibitive as having a built out of stainless steel but specifying thicker hall plates and a reinforced prow a fully enclosed on flybridge with the backsection enclosed so it can be air conditioning heated and then he did you know that type thing they're willing to do that for you
Not that I’m in the market, so it’s fairly irrelevant but looks like this boat has been discontinued. It’s no longer on the Bering website? Whilst not the most modern looking, I Always felt this was the best looking boat in the range with the best layout. Galley behind the helm.
The yacht is wonderful and at that price point there are lots of choices and at 80 ft I would probably choose the 80 Nordhavn. Maybe not as sleek as the Bering 77 but definitely as robust as any and built more to family live abord with a captains quarters.
Explorer/expedition yachts are simply a different class of superyacht with key functional differences to support a differing primary purpose, essentially focussing on utility and capability to freely range the World's great oceans without fuss or bother in all weather, practically and ease of maintenance to support long duration voyages distant from ports with support services. It is no surprise then that key features are sea-keeping, long fuel range and endurance of food supplies, having an exterior and especially the interior being practical, easy to maintain while still being comfortable and stylish. Bering yachts Explorer line seem to have nailed it! To me the difference between a superyacht designed for week long charters in the Med or Bahamas and an explorer yacht is like comparing an inner city 5 star luxury hotel with a ski/hunting/hiking lodge retreat above a lake and a snow covered mountain. Totally different purposes. I go ugh when I see gaudy, lavish superyachts with often wasted space and think of the daily grind for the crew in keeping things spotless and the interminable yard stays to maintain the gloss and glamour that serves no real purpose other than "look at me! I'm rich". I'd much rather be savouring the beauty of Nature in some remote uninhabited place with friends and family.
Well it really comes down to would you like a giant yacht I.e. a fleet of mid-level Ford F-150 trucks or would you like the smaller yacht but made like five Bugatti perfectly made cars I take the perfectly made Five Star
Have you noticed that nordhaven will not work in steel even if you'll even if you pay them too and do and that means they're just 2 set no ways until in transit and it's not the company the company it's the management they're just too old they need to turn it over to their kids who are willing to are willing to think outside the Box cause they're gonna get left behind the only advantage nordhovan and has Is it sense of community
Punctuation is your friend. But I share your sentiments. But I believe I saw a video about the new Nordhavn 41 and 51 where they will use a steel hull. I could be mistaken though.
@@carldevries9108 Actually those 2 , the N 41 and N 51 GRP's is perfectly good material just when you get larger than that ,and you are actually gonna try to take on heavy oceans , Then steal is preferred
Crazy comment. What part of manufacturing don’t you get? How on earth can you produce a steel hull in a fibreglass factory? Incidentally, Bering won’t work in fibreglass, even if a client wants it. Perhaps leave the comments to the grown ups for the moment.
This yacht is absolutely the most impressive as is the owner of Bering. When I can I want to make a Bering 77 my number one home. God bless everyone.
the bering brand owner waas great when i see him in the 'nuatistyles' vid's of the bering brand vid's
I have never met him but he seems like a down to earth guy

The Bering 77 is on my first to buy list when I win the Lottery. Also it’s because it’s a steel ship.
Beautiful. Like a 6 star hotel inside. The crisp modern design is very pleasing.
Absolutely stunning in every way.

Glad you enjoyed it!
This yacht really changed my perspective on yachts I was originally more into sailing yachts but now I want one of these instead.
The boat is awesome no doubt. Some great features that i hope the other manufacturers take a hard look at. However I can remember when the focus shifted from the known explorer brands and extolled the virtues of new companies, Cape Horn jumps immediately to mind.
This is the whole package ,.period
I have been looking at yachts in this class for years there a lot plus's to the Bering line.
That will take you around the world and then some beautiful
Cruising from Vancouver Canada to Anchorage Alaska and back again on 1 tank of gas in incredible luxury and style 😎

fantastično izgleda
Bering has certainly come a long way in a short period of time. But as you said, It’s a lot of cash.
Definitely like the Berings over the Nordhavns. They just seem much more robust. Would love to see a cost of operating video.
hands down the best owner/operater trawler yacht,
That def seems to be the sentiment of quite a few people. Thanks for watching and for leaving a comment 🙌

65 or 145 then ?
I would prefer the 65 customized in length to 77 ft. because we can also use it for inland waters.
awesome all round
🙌
Love the 77
Link to detailed look into 77?
Thanks

If I had the money, if I knew how to pilot such a vessel and knew how to swim I would be all in.

This 77 just blew me away now can you do the 86 or 87? I really waiting to see it
Most importantly while the engine cruising you don't need generators this saves lots of diesel fuel consumption is amazing
I wish love one

The 77 is one of my favourite models too 🫡
For me it would be the Bering 77 or anAllseas 92, both are fantastic boats.

So your Life is worthless than the captain quarters. 🤣

I think that it is pretty fair to say that you nailed it 🙌
What PowhiroMus said (much better than I could have).
What is the cost of the B77 ?....I've got everything I need except the down payment!
sure would be nice to see two chairs in the pilot house
I am sure Bering would do that if you wanted.
Absolutely! I don’t know why more boats of this calibre don’t cater for both parts of a couple enjoying being able to sit together while cruising.
Please do a detailed review and walk through of the Bering 145 when it can be shown. Thanks for your reviews!!
I would love to 😁 thanks for your comment and for watching the video 🙌
So, which is more capable, the Bering 77 or the 80?
Good question 🤔
Could this yacht travel from New Zealand to the Caribbean nonstop?
Good question!
6000nm before refill
Only if you could afford to fill the tanks before you left.
Lekker man lekker
🙌
Lekker dude Lekker
is there a Lego version of that for sale??
If there isn’t, then there should be 🛥
Beamy, heavy, luxurious and reasonably priced. What's not to like?
🙌

Bering yacht mortgage plz
Believe me I would have a crew I'm not married I don't have any children I would need a crew your manager yacht that size
Thanks for watching :-)
Turkish yachts trustworthy??
It would appear so. I haven't seen any reports to suggest otherwise. Turkey has a long traditional of ship and boatbuilding.
They are finishing an aircraft carrier in 2 months and have a look at the sirena 88 and frick out
