    Stumbled onto this while searching for a 18v to 12v step down. I was using an air compressor to pressurize the shower but a pump is cleaner. Now they have usb pumps that work decent. But I still have this stuff laying around!
    The cool thing about the lighter source is that cheap batteries last a couple years max and devices with chords are way cheaper than ones with batteries
    Fun channel and good production🤙

      Ayyeee i appreciate it I always loved to diy its very rewarding and you get to build it specifically for your needs .. plus 9 times out of 10 its way cheaper .. I’ve been using this step down Milwaukee battery set up on a pump daily for drinking water I harvest from the air sterilize filter.. I will be making a video on that soon.. awesome way to harvest water if you live in a humid area

      I was just thinking if you wanted to have warm water if its for a shower,
      you can get a heating element from a refrigerator make a bracket and put
      that in your bucket and it will heat the water so you don't shower with
      cold water.

    While the pump is on, can you shut off/close the shower nozzle without damaging the pump?

      Yes the pump pressurizes then cuts off until you open the shower nozzle again

    Hi. What adapter did you use to connect the sprayer to the hose?

    • @scizzahands
      @scizzahands  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It’s 1/4 brass to I believe it’s 3/4 hose fitting

    How many litres will a charged battery pump?

      I honestly haven’t been able to kill the battery on that application yet . I used more then 14 gallons and hasn’t drained the battery. But it would also depend on the size battery you use.
