Deal never closed. Most of Robert's deals don't close - he frequently backs out. Mark is the only one who almost always closes the deal he makes on the show.

I'm surprised none of them is addressing the fact that it must be horrible for the dog having a device next to his ears going off whenever she wants to. That device is humiliating that poor dog. It's turning that dog into a Christmas tree.

I’ve been working with dogs for 10 years. This is a terrible idea! It’s going to cause dogs to have anxiety and they won’t be able focus on the dangers and enjoyment around them

Well, "what it is" isn't really relevant to its valuation. Sales and revenue determines value, not the product. The dumbest simplest product could be worth $100,000,000 while the most innovative useful product might be worth nothing if it doesn't sell.

For those who are unaware. Mark Cuban has a pharmacy in Tx that offers people like me, stricken w severe cancer, a low cost avenue to get our chemotherapy medication.
Although I didn't win my war against the disease and will succumb to it, I am so deeply thankful an individual like this is out there helping the desperate sufferers

She made all that money off of one purchase order which she doesn’t know if they will reorder, seems more a mistake from the buyer. Also she only owned 50% of her business coming into the tank and if they do close the deal she would be down to 17%.

She shouldn't have given up 50% on the get go. Also, she should have come after 6 months. Even if her profit margin is 89%, no one knows if that price point is acceptable to buyers. That's what happens when Marketing executives get into business and only see the sales of things rather than the larger side of it
It's a crap product. That was her mistake. It's literally just a small bluetooth speaker that she strapped onto the dog.

She said she “needed” the money quick. She either got it right after quitting her job and needed capital to get started, or this was after the deal with Petsmart happened and she needed to fund inventory. She has no leverage to ask for less.

I think it's not a bad idea if she see it in another angel like us it for security industry where some security guards giving orders to their dogs via an app that control the speaker to patrol, chase... and even put a recording camera it will be useful
