Good to see you back man. Great to see an unboxing! lot more interesting than some geek unboxing their iphone! Fab retro colour scheme. What happens to all the boxing actually, just recycled I guess. Maybe see if the new buyer wants to be on film, great to see the collection of it, showing them around it, starting it, then and him/ her driving off.
Great to be back Gary, Love the colours hey? All cardboard and steel gets recycled. The new owner is picking up at the end of Feb so will do a delivery if he is cool with that..Cheers mate..

I bought one as well. It caught my eye and immediately started reading up on it. I love this bike. I do have a complaint though. The foot peg is too close to the gear shift and at a weird angle.
That GPZ red brings back the memories.

Ditto. Its in the chronicle hard cover 50th book with the RS. I GOT ONE. but wished I bought this version too. Hint... they are hand built bikes and yes they are choice parts which run sooo damn nice and smooth.
I was deciding if in black or this new one. I finally opted for this one... I fell in love with the color red. 😍

@@AussieKawiman oh I do, absolutely love mine! I got the black with the red frame and wheels. As far as colors it’s a close second in my opinion. I do however wish I had the ohlins suspension 😅

Just waiting for my Akrapovic end van to arrive on my Anniversary edition as I opted for the Performance upgrade
These are hard to get at the moment... What Performance upgrade did you go for? Thanks for watching mate..
I went for the optional performance upgrade from Kawasaki, the Akropovic end can (not van as I accidentally put above) the seat cowl, the higher screen and a tank pad. £1000 extra but getting rid of the stock exhaust is a must as it improves the look of the bike vastly. Run it in and then get the rest of the exhaust sorted so it’s a straight through system. Your video is very good to watch. The GPz is what made me fall in love with bikes in the early 80s and when I saw this bike I bought it on the spot

Obviously not like the Z900 RS where Kawasaki said they were sending200 and only sent 20. Yep, would have been one of the first to order and still dipped out. QH well had to settle for a stock one, but still love it.
Hey Gary, not sure who told you that Kawi were bringing in 200?? Was never a figure put out there. There was 94 deposits in the system and inly 19 brought in. I rekon the standard looks better anyway, GOLD WHEELS?? WTF? Still if you can't get them everyone wants one.. I will stick with my 2018 Jaffa.. They all ride the same...Cheers mate..

I'm loading my RS WITH every factory option. Like a 69 camera or gto. Get all the options from the catalog while they are available. 2000. Bucks so far. Oh well...

No more mate, they where a very limited edition, In Australia we only received 29 for the whole country... So you will be lucky if you find one for sale or even see one on the street. Good luck mate and thanks for watching...

I bought the Z900 and i'm a little disappointed that they would not of taken this 50th anniversary model and given it a bit more power and special options than the ordinary model. The only difference is a different paint and sticker combination. Kawasaki missed the mark on this one !!!
Only $400 extra... Would be a lot more if they spent money on more mods...But hey we can do what we want to them when you own one.. Thanks again for your comments. Enjoy

This is why I can't understand how a dealer here in the States can charge $500 for a assembly fee 🤦 they sure know how to rip ya off to death over here. 😒
The assembly fee is written on the price, Covers not just building the bike. The profit that is ade from a bike is not even the assembly fee that is on the invoice. It is just to show that there is a charge for certain areas. You can change that fee and it will not change the RRP on the bike..Some dealers don't even put the fee in the invoice but the bike is same price everywhere...
Id like you to hire folks and run a busines. Then give away you labor costs.
