    Loctite 243 x 50ml Medium Strength Oil Tolerant Threadlocker: amzn.to/3oG7KII
    Copper ease tube: amzn.to/3sndGYT
    Torque settings - use threadlock for carrier bolts
    Top M8 bolts: 30Nm
    Bumper metal bracket M8 bolts: 35Nm
    Side T30 screws: 5Nm
    Radiator bolts: 9Nm

    Another great video! A year ago I brought the car to a workshop to get the intercooler changed because it was all oily and dirty due to a damaged intercooler pipe. Well, it seems I could have done it myself.

      That is a good idea, thanks I'll look into how much they cost at add it to my list. You know that if they have a small split it is possible to repair these with superglue :-)

    Would a tow hitch from this car fit estate one same year?

      I don't know, sorry. The estate is longer, but don't know if holes are in the same place or not. Have a look if new ones are listed for both models ;-)

    Is that too much rust in car in areas they who leave near the sea because the salt of sea do that rust??

      I don't live by the sea, but it is very damp where I live. I will address the rust hopefully before it falls apart :-)

    You don't need to use wd40 on the head of the screw. The thread is still rusty.

      It will seep around the head of the screw and penetrate into the treads.
