As a Malaysian I can confirm that Malaysian A7 Wagyu is indeed ultra rare and highly sought after and is only sold or auctioned off to a select few outside the country and is sold as a single bite serving in cube form. 5grand for that cube was a steal. It's a common misconception however that there are only 4 cows in the world. We only choose to sell and make 4 cows available at any one time for selling and exporting while the rest is kept by and for the Royal Family for special events and functions. Most people have never even heard of Malaysian Wagyu so it's good to see it gaining some exposure. Also Happy April 1st.
