at 9:16. The OG M2 absolutely has MDM mode(illuminates "TRACTION" on the dash). Single press on the DSC button will get you in it. Long press will go full DSC off.
Having done some tests, the TRACTION mode isn’t a real mdm mode as mine doesn’t give half as much slip as an m2 Comp or even f80 does...I noticed it slips more in sports+ compared to the traction mode...with gts cs update it slips more now if both but still nothing like a true mdm
@@TimWilliamsHD Its possible the slip angle is tuned down. One of the first things I did was code Euro MDM through esys. I get a good bit of slip now. I havent driven an F80, so I cant compare, but the general consensus is they are the identical (at least here in the states)

@@TimWilliamsHD I'd be interested in comparing the F80 DSC settings vs. the F87 to see how they are different. Do you have access to an F80 and esys? I'd be happy to dump out the values on my '18 M2. Only change I've made there is "euro mdm" which you should already have being across the pond.

Coded with Thor M flasher. GTS steering so much better than stock. I found M2 comp setting far too light with no precision at all, unnerving AF.
