- In this video we take an 80’s C10 square body truck and get rid of the junky old carburetor and install Holley’s Stealth Sniper fuel injection system. We also changed all the hoses and the thermostat and housing along with painting the valve covers and intake. This is just part 1 of the transformation of this wildly popular model of Chevy truck. We run an X-Flow 1375 on a turbocharged 72 Dodge dart on E85. It has been flawless. My advice is to read the instructions, then read them again. Do everything they say exactly and do not deviate. It will run great
lol well engineered . So well they had to come out with another version to fix stupid things wrong with the first gen sinpers.

81 - 87 is the best looking square body and edelbrock is the best off road carb.

Good video but a good holley is great, you hate em but why? Sounds like you just don’t know you how to tune? Just sayin.. don’t mean to bash. Ohh and nice paint job!
It's an Edelbrock carb not a Holley that he's replacing and they quite often have vacuum leaks around the throttle blade shaft. Further a 600 cfm carb is way too small for a 454.

Lost interest in the video when you threw the old Edelbrock on the ground. Someone would have loved to swap out their old stock four barrel for that. Even if you sold it for $10, that would’ve made someone very happy.
When building a project people want to upgrade what they can for as little money possible. Sure, you got a fancy new Sniper which is super cool, but an Edelbrock is cooler than stock and I feel like looking out for one another is important because not everyone has deep pockets or may be a young man working on his or her grandpa’s car or truck that was left to them.
