Not really, their poise gives them a massive advantage here.
That fight right before the grace where you have to fight the Putrid Erdtree avatar, along with 2 Haligtree Knights and multiple normal soldier enemies is much harder than Loretta, IMO
It's all about getting the grace first jumping to the balcony above the avatar
Loretta is easy to me at least but that part fucking sucked

These tournaments are so cool! I love them, as they showcase so many other enemies that never realy get a chance to shine. Though I was rooting for the mighty snail so a bit dissapointed :P

The most obvious outcome... yet that final match is still something I wanted to see, and loved it.
Feel bad for Millicent though since I always hate seeing her lose, and the Putrid Tree Avatar somehow beating the Putrid Tree Spirit irks me more than I can describe... like seeing your own worst enemy fail to meet their own meassure, against a lesser foe.
Man I love the spear Crystallians. "I can't beat her, her jumping and stabbing is so consistent every single time!"

The putrid Avatar was really mean with Millicent, but man, he absolutely outplayed Loretta. Pinning her down on that little spot without any way to escape... I gotta admit that I was waiting for her to fall down the cliff. I have played ER like 100 times or more now, more than 1000 hours played, I have did several all bosses runs with all kind of builds and to this day I'm still frightened of those 2 putrid avatars in the haligtree. They are absolute nightmares. I will never learn any elegant way to fight them.
You just have dodge behind them Dark Souls style, and the scarlet rot spray will completely miss you. The avatars are just re-skinned DS3 asylum demons.
Stick close to them. They alwaays spam the a** stump of acid. Just dodge to the side and go around, rince and repeat. Literally one of the easiest fights in the game. 😂

3:35????? Can the player do that? Shield bash into guard counter?
I’m pretty sure that’s just a really delayed guard counter, but the player can prob do the same if they time it right (shield bash has block frames)
Can you tell me if that kindred of rot larva has any other attack?
