Tbh the spear version of the haligtree knight is even worse to fight with since he has more talents then the sword version and can do some really nasty combos

He was way too early. For example, he's fighting the Leyndell Knight, who's a mid-game enemy, while being itself a late-game enemy.
I loved how the crucible knight got his wings and dehorsed the night's cavalry. That was a great scene.

Watching Ordovis smash Gideon is the most serene and relaxing thing ever. Like all the pain in the world disappears for 25 seconds of pure bliss.

16:40 is wild. Music kicks in as Niall kicks into second gear. Man tanks the arrow, makes a nasty flip to close the gap, gives Loretta a concussion while she's mid-swing and drops the power boot to seal the deal.
That was fucking epic.

The cleanrot Knights were no joke. Very tall, wielding a spear and a sword, both made for thrusting into their opponents, and wielding holy magicks blessed by the sacred Haligtree, and their victims were left to die and rot and to spring forth more scarlet rot into the world at large.

at times it definitely feels like Radahn really carried his army. it must of been a slaughter whenever Radahn wasn't involved
@@joedatiuspretty much, only reason it ended in a draw was because radahn tanked the bloom, they would’ve both been dead if Melania wasn’t saved by a cleanrot knight. Instead of just radahn getting his brain rotted away
@@joedatius Gameplay doesn't translate to lore, it said in the elden ring trailer that the cleanrot knights and the redmane ones basically fought eachother until there was barely anyone left and then thats when radahn and malenia fought. So i think that redmane knights and cleanrot knights are pretty equal lorewise

So my takeaway is Cleanrot Knight, Haligtree Knight and crucible knights are the most proficient. In these matchups. The cool thing about this is you could change the matchups and make the tourney more dynamic by having rounds with different brackets.

I wish Fromsoftware added some kind of coliseum where you could fight any boss you want any time you want (without spoiling them if this is player's first play through)
Commander Niall going phase 2 against Loretta was like watching fucking Goku go Super Saiyan against Frieza I swear to god.
Loretta low key the coolest boss in the game in my opinion, especially the leap away slow motion shoot, I love that.

7:10 this part is so epic. Juno realizes too late he has no way of healing himself and by some miracle his adversary barely misses. He seeks the opportunity to hit and dash, but the Haligtree knight knew he was gonna do that so by predicting his move he uses the shield to break his equilibrium and finish him with the sword. Fucking amazing.
You should add more Haligtree knights in the videos. They are impossibly strong.

I didn’t read the sorceress part at first so when sullen came out I was like “hold on….. Wait a minute.”
Last time I had this excitement was watching Oberyn's Martel fight against The Mountain.
The problems with the sorcerers is they don't keep their distance. They start charging 3 seconds long spells right in melee range.

Tree Sentinels are different from each other, the first Tree Sentinel in the game would do better at that match up because he uses the shield to send magic back, he would had screwed Loretta Knight spamming magic (note: I said "would do better" not "would win", winning just if Loretta resoort to just use magic at distance).
That's it. That's my headcannon. Haligtree Knight vs Crucible Knight is Robert Baratheon vs Rhaegar Targaryen at the Trident.
