Got premade line from fred he shipped it same day got it in two days. Really good made lines. Fred got really good communication. Would recommend for the manual owner to do the accumulator
@@davestunt3 I believe your friend might have contacted me. I’m gonna have to get your guys a quote for the shipping. Still currently waiting for some fittings to come in so I can make more.
Got mine last week and just ahd time today to install. I didnt have to remove thr driveshaft but had to use elbow swivel extension. Dropping the shaft would have made things was easier. I only had an issue lining up the brass fittine to the top of the line. Had to mess with some of the angles. After install and bleeing the line, i can say i lt was worth it! No more thumping when i shift to first. Shifting up and down is smooth as butter. Wish i had done this a long time ago. Next mod is the short shifter. I already have a weight knob and will be doing a tranny fluid change next weekend.
@LuauTaco you're welcome. Have you thought about making a brass shifter bushing cup for the tacos? I recall doing a tegiwa brass shifter bushing on my s2k and it was amazing.
Hey Fred, is there a difference between these on the 2nd and 3rd gen? They look the same to me but I don’t know if you’ve made any for the 2nd gen Tacoma?
The delete disk is invisible and won't void your warranty. The bypass lines are pretty visible, and Toyota could void your warranty if they want to, if they see it. The disk is said to be easier with less hassle, but I have not attempted either yet.
@@LuauTaco shoots if i was back at my house in Ewa Beach I would of bought one from you. I stay in Cali so Ill try and make one. I had a '07 Taco TRD OR but was rear ended right on H1 by Waikele. Now I have a '23 TRD Pro MT. If anything I might get with you
Ive heard or read somewhere that an s2000 stainless steel clutch line could be used fkr this mod. Is that correct? Might email you to get one of yours just in case. I hate the clutch feel on mine and want this mod plus the short shifter.
Yes, you could use those as well. I don’t remember the PN. Just remember seeing it on TW. I use hard lines. They’re a simpler design but definitely more solid and come with less worry I’m my opinion
@LuauTaco ok cool and you sell those with all the fittings for the 3rd gen? I could really use one pretty soon and then I'll have to get the short shifter.
