Long live DIY Daze. Thanks to you and John @ Open trackers as an open source... An almost roller spring perch,, offset, with a free spinning and greaseable Midolyn bushings. A/C Delco were great parts to mod with. DIYed dropped and aligned my roller uppers years ago along with many of OTs brake parts. 1 piece left, who's selling the most economical adjustable roller LCA's. 😊

ORP is likely your best source for the roller LCA but I am not sure if it is adjustable.

From your experience driving 60’s Mustangs, which of the following configurations do you feel handles the best?
    1. Roller spring perch.
    2. Upper control arm mounted coilovers.
    3. Lower control arm mounted coilovers.

The simple answer is the "Lower control arm mounted coil overs" No contest! Roller perches and UCA mounted coil overs are functionally the same from a suspension movement standpoint. The argument can be made that the UCA coil over gets the edge over roller perches and stock springs due to ride height adjustability BUT most people don't realize that for best handling you want to have the bottom longest edge of the LCA parallel with the road and adjusting the ride height with a coil over will change that. For years my car handled amazingly well with a 1" swaybar, adjustable strut rods, roller perches, stock springs, performance shocks, the Shelby drop AND a performance alignment.
