That was actually my idea - 10 minutes is the minimum that you can't find an excuse for - everyone has at least 10 minutes to practice everyday ;) But if you have more time and energy - you can always add more practice)) or keep your regular practice if you already have an established routine))
Dearest Uliana, will you please, please, please 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 make some videos for periods (5 videos for each day of the period would be just wonderful)? I'm truly enjoying doing yoga with you every morning ❤️❤️❤️ but skipping almost a week because of periods is annoying 😣 what do you think about it?

Look for the videos with "flow" in title - they are a bit more dynamic and faster. The videos get a bit more difficult with each day but not too much, this is still supposed to be a beginner-friendly challenge)
Hello Uliana . At this time I can only do the standing yoga due to my knees (no full bending or pressure allowed) so I'm skipping some days. I have sever sciatica these days and was wondering if you have a video on this, I didn't see one...and if not...maybe some day is would be nice as many have sciatica/periformis. thank you for you wonderful videso :)
