Just do it bro! That's the only way to get results. One day I called it quits on being skinny, 60kg at 197cm. Almost two years later I'm 81kg. Had some difficulties on the way, but finally got my system down. You can do the same! On my way to the 100 before summer 😎
@@trip_t2122 yeah man, looking at old pictures feels insane. I started counting calories and found out I was consistently undereating a thousand calories 💀. I think somewhere between 90-100 would be a good goal weight
@@trip_t2122 I know now haha. But everyone always told me how jealous they are I could eat whatever they want. Blaming my metabolism for being skinny. But tall people just require that much more food haha. Primarily strength type training. Lately I've been getting intrigued by calisthenics. I'd love to have effective strength without looking overly big. I feel huge now with the extra 20kg even though I'm in the lower range of healthy weight xD
