"Morningside" is a brand new original by Katie, Julianne and our friend Johnny Meyer, and Emmett helped with the arrangement. The essence is that there is hope beyond the problems of this world, and it was fun to write an uplifting song for a change!
We are also so excited to be heading back to Europe earlier than planned, and we would love to see you there!

Julianne, what an amazing job you have done singing this beautiful song written written by you, Katie and Johnny with beautiful harmonies from Katie and Matt plus the musical magic of the band including your mandolin, the amazing Emmett on the Dobro, Katie's fiddle, Mom on the bass, Matt on the guitar and a wonderful solo by Ellen on the Banjo and check out the funny outro at the end, Ellen can really run for a new Mom. It's just perfect, including the inspirational lyrics, and I love it!

You guys say you're just "average musicians" (which I'm not buying), but y'all have some amazing song writing skills! If I didn't know this was an original, I would've been scouring the internet wondering how I had never heard such a great song. Well done!
Truth! "Average musicians" can't play the Dobro, the Mandolin, or flat pick a dreadnought guitar! Bluegrass musicians are NEVER average.
The Petersens have such good family vibe that they provide entertainment beyond performing the song.

Nice thought. Perhaps the song that would fit is 'After The Goldrush' the Neil Young classic. Geordie band Prelude had a UK chart hit with their version of it - Irene Hume is stunning on lead vocals.
Just came back from Branson Mo seeing them in concert and they were outstanding! I would recommend them any time any where! They are the real deal!

Though I'd had the blessing of enjoying the Patreon release I received an even greater Blessing listening today.
I'm 77 and have generally been blessed with good health. However, earlier today I experienced what felt like a fading of life as I was drying off after stepping out of the shower. I sat down and praised God for his love.
