Spidey on a prison? Yeah, a few times, trying to save Captain Stacy once, and Robbie Robertson on another from Tombstone (Robbie's old bully from school) fixing everything to get in the same cell as him.
When he's not holding back, he's strong enough to easily punch a hole through Kingpin's chest in a single shot. This is shown in the "What-If?" comic where instead of Aunt May being shot and almost dying, Mary Jane is shot instead and she actually dies on the spot. When Spidey finds out Kingpin is behind it, he goes for Kingpin's head, and even when Iron Man tries to stop Spidey from killing Fisk, Spidey absolutely humiliates Tony and leaves Tony dumbstruck by how fast and strong Spidey actually is, and Kingpin is absolutely powerless to stop Spidey from ending his life on the spot. Spidey is strong enough to comfortably lift roughly 10 tons entirely on his own (and he also has a limited healing factor), so he could _very_ easily punch a hole through someone's chest or take their head right off their shoulders if he punched them full-force. In short, Spidey is *_ALWAYS_* holding back, even against his deadlier villains. The only time he stops holding back is on those occasions that he either stops making quips, dons the black suit, or both. There's a reason why both common street criminals and even some of his actual villains are absolutely terrified on those instances that they notice Spidey isn't cracking jokes anymore. In those instances, the street criminals often just surrender on the spot out of pure terror, and actual villains express distinct concern and worry (indicating that on some level they understand that Spidey has always held back against them). The villains who don't pay attention to the fact that Spidey has stopped making quips often learn the hard way why a Spidey that's not cracking jokes should be _feared_ more than anything else. A 100% serious Spidey could likely humble most heroes and villains you put him up against (Thor, Hulk, and those on their level would likely still be too much for even a serious Spidey, but those like Cap & Iron Man would get absolutely humiliated).
When Doc Oc controlled Spider-Man's body, he effortlessly punched Scorpion's lower jaw off. Not broke it, I mean the blow ripped the entire lower jaw off a character with the same enhanced durability of Spider-Man. Remember Spidey can move fast enough to dodge gunfire and benched 15 tons.

Or what if they let Gwen Stacy get Spider Powers next so Spidey can have a great partner in crime to back him up. The fighting in this series was the best.
