Shiga Prefecture Jukendo and Tankendo Seminar - Oct.23-25, 2020 - Kendo World

The Kendo World staff had the opportunity to participate in both a jukendo and tankendo seminar which was held in the city of Takashima, Shiga prefecture, which is about two-hour drive from Osaka.
The seminar lasted for three days, from 23rd to 25th of October and it was hosted by Shiga Jukendo Federation. The event itself was led by ex-JSDF captain Tsuda-sensei from Osaka who is a 9-dan in both jukendo and tankendo.
The seminar consisted of two days preparation for a dan examination, a referee seminar, and the examination itself.
