Tried to connect my Wahoo Elment bolt V2 to my Gain and it couldn’t connect 😢update ……. Have done a little research and found out that it’s because my bike is a 2019 manufacture, it’s only on 2020+ that it was introduced
I’ve had 1 snap and my Garmin didn’t even have a scratch on it, I’ve had no problems with it since I got new one and tightened up the 4 screws. If it’s starts to wobble try and tighten the 4 screws up before using again. Hope this helps 😊
@@LakeDistrictcyclist thanks - I know it works with the touchscreen 830, just being doubly cautious - you're saying it DOES work on the button-based 530 too? I've seen some reports that say it's 830 only, but that's the internet for you - personal experience is always better than keyboard warrior views.....

No, minimum effect if does, had garmin 6 months think I’ve charged it 4 times and that’s using it every week on 20 mile plus rides. Battery is brilliant on it

Hi once connected it should automatically be on when you start a ride

With 520 you can display the assit mode but not change it.

If it has a ebikemotion x35 it should work exactly the same
