    This was pure perfection! I bend the knee to the Queen of Step! The knee, squat, tic tok and knee, tap, shuffle were so much fun, and flowed into the curb walk perfectly! Loved the energy all the way through! 😻

    Love having a 30 minute workout option for when I don't get up early enough to do a full hour before work. You found another new variation for the knee-squat-box move... your creativity just keeps building on itself! Best instructor!

    After a sleepless night, I was mentally psyching myself out for a workout today. But I saw a comment cheering me on for a past workout and thought, I can do it. I'm glad I did! Thank you for a fast invigorating workout. Wish I could take a nap, but mom duty calls.

    Did this one again today! I realized that I am now able to do the funky knee with no problems at all. I even forget to put my leg down for the last knee sometimes because my balance has improved so much. It's all because of your classes, Chris! Thanks so much!

    I am getting married on Saturday, this month is insane so I haven’t been able to jump on a live stream in a bit. I was super frazzled last night and came home to see my new full sized step arrived a day early ( I’ve been using a mini step from five below for a few months) so I NEEDED to try it out and this workout was perfect!!! Thank you for helping me on my journey, I’ve lost 35 pounds since January, but I’ve also been doing strength and other dance classes besides your videos. I feel amazing, and I’m not done! 😘

    I have done this a number of times because I enjoy step (about 1x/week), but I often times don't have a full hour for it. The 30-45 minutes int/adv step are fun, and I can work them into my schedule. Thank you!

    I freaking love you!!! I’m so glad I came across your videos! I took a couple of live step classes a few years ago, and they totally discouraged me because the teachers would never break down the moves so it was impossible to get up to speed with the class regulars. You are awesome at keeping a good pace and still breaking things down into simple-to-follow explanations. YOU are what every fitness teacher should aspire to! Thank you!!!!!! ❤

    Holy crap what an awesome sweatfest!! I loved the variety of moves (especially that funky knee!)
    What's crazy is that even though I look like I've just stepped out a shower, I didn't lose my breath or struggle to breathe like I might have doing a workout like this in the past. Ive really built up my cardio with your step classes! Love it. I'll return to this one when I need a quick mid-day workout

    So I was attempting the Advanced/Intermediate Step with songs from Sing but after probably 8 minutes realised it was too complicated for my feet & brain so I found this one & absolutely loved it! Much more suited for my old brain! Thanks Chris 😂❤
