I installed a air dog 2 4g first time ever. Wasnt hard dropping the tank(btw my truck is a 2021 ram 2500 mega) and modifying the lift pump is way easier than FASS IMO tool me about 5mins to do that. Hardest part was putting the tank back in since i have not lift just my garage and hydraulic jacks. Air dog doesn’t make you remove your existing fuel filters, so when i ran my new fuel lines to front and start the truck(obviously let in run without start the truck itself), i honestly thought the pump wasnt working, but thats just how quite the 4g 2 is. But after 1 min when I started the truck on, it turn on with out a hassle.
So why cat filters? I’ve heard lots of misleading info on cat fuel filters. Was told they are not as good as fass or stock filters. Then I heard they are better. Can’t seem to find any solid info for why you’d run cat over fass on a fass pump.

I like Air Dog is better than Fass Fuel.
