I am going to install an Air Dog 165. I also have a aux fuel tank that also taps in with the return filler hose Have you ever added both times to the fuel refill hose with the 1 cut in connection?
I’ve got the complete intank lift pump from Feece with twin gear motor pumps and I have the filter kit Balwin and cat filters the lift pump out put is 21 psi and so far so good .
I’m confused, the instructions on the 5g show the return & engine pointed towards the front of truck, this mounting instructional video was the complete opposite?
I have a 2000 Dodge Ram 3500 with a 24v Cummings, my fuel pressure at idle is 17psi and drops to 12 psi while accelerating or climbing hills. Does anyone know if that is normal?

I have not. To avoid that, you could use a sump or a draw straw that has a integrated return for the Airdog.
Would the front fuel filter stay in play if I wanted leave it or does it have to be deleted after putting the AirDog in?
On a Cummins equipped truck, it is bypassed.

Glad to hear!

How much do you charge to do this?
We don't work on public vehicles. You'll need to contact a local shop.
Does this replace a fuel pump.. ? Do I have to have a sending unit in the tank or can I modifie to just have the air dog
With the AD, if you have a pump in the tank then you will need to modify the sending unit to get around that.
If I order a 5G air dog or fass pump kits does it come with everything I need to add a fleece in tank unit . Thank you
Yes. The Fleece SURE FLOW unit (not the Powerflo unit) actually comes with the needed fittings for hookup to a Airdog or FASS.
Called you guys 3 different times for parts questions all 3 times someone has an attitude. The videos are good. 🤷🏽♂️
@nand0cuzz Sorry to hear that, if you give us your number, David our sales manager will call you.

That is a good pressure reading, but what is your flow rate? Is this an Airdog pump? What performance modifications have been done to the truck?
What happens to the wif on the old rear filter?
We leave it hooked up, but the filter is out of play. With the Airdog in play here, we will be watching for water at the filters.
I believe those are illegal in California.. is it right or I'am wrong??
I don’t think a lift pump is honestly
@@daviderickson6933 it's because some parts can't be send to California and new York due to emissions.. but like I said probably im wrong
