- Eliminate quarter tank fuel supply issues with our new Fuel Sump Kit (SK5501) - No tank drop required. Our all-new Return Style Fuel Tank Sump Kit only requires a single hole to be drilled into the fuel tank, and includes a ½” NPT return port-allowing you to plumb the FASS return line right to the Fuel Tank Sump.
This Return Style Fuel Tank Sump Kit also places the ½” NPT suction port at the lowest point in the fuel tank, ensuring unrestricted fuel flow to the FASS System. The extra-large bowl acts as a reservoir, creating a consistent supply of fuel to the FASS System when running close to empty; during heavy braking and acceleration, and when driving up or down large inclines and declines.

Do you have specific instructions for my 2020 Ford F350 6.7 for using the new sump vs dropping the fuel tank as far as the correct way to plumb the sump and what to do with the Ford lift pump in the fuel tank & existing fuel lines? I hope that makes sense.

interesting ive seen so many people say not to put the sump directly below the fuel basket. I got this same sump and fass 165g ill be installing in a few days

What if I already have dropped my tank and ran the FASS lines from my module to my pump? Do I use existing lines or do I have to drop the tank? Idk if that makes sense I’m 8 beers deep 😂
