Thanks for explaining the wiring. The sump looks easier than digging into the tank. I go off-road a lot and am concerned about ripping the hoses off the sump or even ripping off the sump itself. I think I'll opt for using the factory sump. Thanks again for putting this together.
Thank you for making these videos. I love them. They are so informational and I get a lot out of them. I may not have ford or ram, but I still enjoy learning about diesels and how they work. You might've already made a video about this but could you make a video on the difference between a gasoline engine vs a Diesel engine. Thanks
What’d you decide on going with I’ve been looking at both right now and they both seem great I just like the fact the the fuel filter will be right there on the fass and that it has a water separator filtration on it as well
Great Harness!! Is it standard with the kit? That tank harness probably cut the install time in half. You don’t have to drop the tank? Would love to do the same setup on my 2010. FASS 95gph with Beans sump.
What did you do with the factory fuel line that was going to the cp3?

How do u drain the tank? Drill the hole and let the fuel come out?
Yeah I was wondering that too but im gonna try to run my somewhat low and drill a hole just bucket by bucket

What did you do to cap the old cp3 feed line?
Mark what do you charge to instal fass lift pump and sump?
Yo man what’s your opinion on the fass lift pump vs the fleece in tank lift pump. I’m torn between the 2

Love the FASS, however my fuel gauge hasn’t been accurate since installing it, always about a 1/4 off.
Couldn’t you just tighten both filters and put feed hose in a bucket before the cp3? Then you prime the filters and the hoses

did you have to drop the tank? did you motify the stock fuel pump or just bypass it ?
Not loctite. Torque prevailing compound.
Are those the new filters? How come there isn’t no drain for water separator?
FASS did away with the drain on their updated filters. FASS has a few videos here on YT explaining why.
do you know if the fass wiring harnes bypasses the factory lift pump electrically? what do you do with the existing fuel lines and filter
?
There is a fuel filter delete block you can install.
cant use an impact? bet lol. good video
Can you make vids on TH-cam of the 6.7 powerstroke build ????
Your video left a lot of the imagination man. Kind of poorly done.
Im just curious where the return line went from the motor

to the tank if u have a bypass
Why are people saying you need to drop the tank??
if you use the straw insted of the easy sump then you have to drop the tank
Hell yeaaaaaa
Cool
