    Geopolimer seems extensive across the Planet. Seems alot of work ..just for fun.

    Using the geopolymer hypothesis they obviously did not use forms. I would say here it was probably hand formed. Little tamping either as witnessed by all the delaminating. Being in Montana I would say this was made during one of the interglacial warm periods. With the surface erosion seen it could be very old - maybe measured in millions of years.
