Crazy how much small these cars are compared to a Miata. I have 14in rpf1's on my Miata and they look like a small wheel. They look like your running a 15 on this. Looks really good!!
Not my preferred wheel, but I can see why you may like them. They're also far wider than I expected them to be, so you'll be able to really take advantage of the light weight of the car with some additional contact patch to just throw the car around a corner like it's on rails.
@@Jazda Ah, I haven't caught up on all of them yet. I'm guessing there were fitment issues due to the wider wheels, which is a shame. Still, with a car that light and with an advantageous engine placement, even narrower wheels fitted with tires of a good compound should let it drive like it's being sucked to the road.
I've never seen 14" RPF1's in bronze, but you could always have them powder coated? See my other videos for my thoughts on the BC's... I'll be publishing a new video later today with my final thoughts on them also.
hello, I am having difficulty trying to figure out what if any size spacer I can use for my wheel setup. My Beat is also red and I very much like your wheels but I have another set of Enkei SC38 wheels that are 15x5.5 with a +45 offset. With your knowledge, what size tire should I run if I wanted a square set up and how much backspace should I use?
Great video, I'll be getting the same coilovers for the Lupo if it ever arrives :-) Where'd you purchase the wheels? I'm looking to get some OZ racing alloys as well. But I do love the Enkei, decisions decisions..... 👍

Yep. It's like a Miata that's been shrunk in the wash 😂
I couldnt believe their size compared to the miata it blew my mind
Very nice setup of suspension and wheels.

If you watch my later videos you'll see the RPF1's didn't hang around. I'm currently getting a set of narrower Watanabe's refurbished!

I want those wheels in bronze but can’t find them. Also I heard those coils didn’t ride good on the beat. Do you like them?

Tyres, I'd recommend 175/50/15 all round. You should only need a 3mm or 5mm spacer.
@@Jazda thanks, I appreciate it.
Could you put down a link to those spacers? For some reason I’m having trouble finding them.

Thank you! Much appreciated.
What about center caps? Where can I find those… 😬
@@clyonss they were just generic ones I found on ebay. I don't think Enkei sell genuine ones for that wheel size (not sure).
Any chance you got a link to em? I’ve ordered the wrong ones already 😂
is there a lip on the bottom of the OEM strut before it goes to the brake line bracket?
Can't remember to be honest. I have the stock struts in storage now, so not easy to get to.
Are the wheels 14 inch on both front and rear?
Yes

I got the Enkeis here: rzcrewgarage.com/
Lovely wheels. Well wear
Great production. Music vol levels is a bit height tho , great work tho
Can you get away with a 3mm spacer or only a 5mm spacer?
Depends which wheels you plan on running.
@@Jazda The Enkei RPF1 you got running. If 3mm spacers work. I'd like to get these.
As far as I remember, 3mm wouldn't work. Best asking on the Beat groups on Facebook to be sure as a few are running those wheels.
What size and offset are these wheels?
It's in the video 😉
I'll watch it again Thanks car looks amazing
Note to self pb blaster all bolts 🤣
Never does any harm 😉
i want this car ..please
Still possible to find them in Japan and import one, but prices are rising! 💸💸💸
how much ..by the way .. 😅
Hard to know now as all Japanese car prices have gone so crazy, but I'd imagine you'd get one for €4-10k, then import fees.
Few on ebay going past 10k rn
