- This has been a big part of my TH-cam life, with appearances on many many videos and virtually every channel I own. Even the one about LEGO. This was requested by Jeremiah Miller on a comment on my BrickTsar channel. It is over due. Layout still needs a lot of work even after 15 years of heavy use.

What I would say is maybe make the center slightly less crowded. And what you can do is start building another layout. You can do the next layout in modules though that way you don’t need to tear down that layout immediately while still making a layout

Ever since I first started watching your channel at around 7 years old. I've always thought that layout was amazing and wanted it so bad, I still do. Even though you hate it I have always loved and wanted it.😞😞😞🤩🤩😍😨😨😨😨🤨😭😭😭😞😞😞🤩🤯
Amazing layout! Ive been following its progress since you installed tidmouth sheds. As for the layout, it would be cool if you removed the buildings in the back and replaced them with a main building for the station since there is no ticket booth. It would be really funny if you put Jeremy on a clear string and had him flying over the layout.
I think that if you really want to redo it but keep it at the same time that maybe you could take all the Thomas stuff off keep this layout for normal trains and then make a bigger layout just for Thomas
I think you should add the following items to you layout : add a parking lot for the station , move the truck station next to cranky ,give Harold a helipad

What about making a second layout but for your real life rolling stock/locomotives
What if you made a model railroad in the middle of the basement that way all four corners are not hindered by filming and if you need an area to work on lego stuff make the area of the old layout your lego work zone i think that would a cool look
Just checked out your train channel. I use to be in model trains...first layout I had was H.O. scale... building's all had lights...had an mountain, tunnels , etc. My nephew brought his friends in and totally destroyed one day when I wasn't home ...all that effort I put into it gone...lost interest in model trains for awhile. The interes came and went to n scale had the track plan complete but was never able to complete the rest...still have some of track and building's. I am able to set up and take down.... when set up it's a Christmas layout .I have a Lego Christmas train I set up at Christmas time now.

I kinda like the buildings next to the station, especially how they kinda look run-down. They probably just need some people on the sidewalks
I think the CSA building, the two houses with the red roofs.
I do like how the Tomy Bulgy looks almost HO scale. Jeremy the Plane should be placed on a clear plastic stick to look like he's flying.
I do kinda agree with turning the table the other way so you can actually start an expansion on that siding with the small station
Yes get rid of the buildings in back. Maybe you can have one building in the back and trees. I would love see video of how DC and Dcc wiring on the layout. I like how the layout is because thier is lot of lanes for the trains go. Awesome video too. Enjoy your layout and your railroad too
Hi, I don’t know if you read your comments on older videos, but I was thinking of using your track plan for my own layout and was wondering what radius of curves you use? For my layout I can’t have anything less than 18” radius, though it would be nice if I could have 22”

I know change is hard but I think you should start over you should also watch the video smt mainline did on using a switch to select between dcc or dc
You Know N Scale Freightmaster Starter Set From Bachmann With N Scale Track And Supply.
HOLD UP!! Get a starter DCC controller made from Bachman! You can run up to 9 DCC trains on it and run 1 DC train! It also has two Santa Fe diesel locomotives if you get the controls with the train starter set. Plus you can get a second controller for your freind or family to drive a other train as your using the main train controller. you will like it. I hope. Hopefully you read this before you make a big DCC change from DC.

Again sorry if i came off rude. 😅 don't want you to get rid of the DC trains because i got some tyco trains like yours and i don't want to see them gone from the channel. I would take all the loose items off, and put the OG layout in the closet, and start a more perminent layout.
