I'm loving the way your doing this, normally people just show the 3 or 4 famouse crossings and swim holes but you're giving an ACTUAL trip video and it's just fantastic!
I've watched plenty of cape York trips and yours is by far the best imo, for the simple reason that you show more then just the common spots like Nolan's, gunshot and the tip. Great content mate by far one of the greats when it comes to Aussie Fwd youtubers. I also like how you show us on the map where you have been and plan on going, everyone loves a good map 👌
@@TylerThompson90 I Agree with everything he said aswell. But us Kiwis love a good aussie snake , spiders and crocs also! Find some of those chuck them in too! haha
Lol give us longer episodes, just getting into the vid and then its over. Great footage as always. Keep it raw so much better than over edited hype thats alot of other tubers do.
Cheers mate. Was the only logical spot to end the video without going into the Tele track then the episodes being all over the place, the rest of the episodes in the series are longer
I've got these videos saved in a new folder for myself. I'll definitely be using these as a great guide for my trip soon. Enjoy yourselves, stay safe and also thankyou for sharing your experiences. 😊
Promise us one thing Tyler, can you keep doing more CY series to film tracks & areas you didn’t get a chance to get to previously. There’s so much to see & do up there & CY videos are always a winner!
You guys rock as a couple of kiwis that coming to Aussie to travel around in our fj cruiser you guys give heaps of info and inspiration keep it up guys
Mate, your videos are really, getting better each one that the bride an myself watch out does the one before, plus the memories you an your son are making 😉 you will be telling great stories in your retirement village ,LOL 👍 great work digger.
great trip great video guys...im liking the detail your sharing including the national park maps and spots to your road reports, tire pressures ,speeds, weather and explaining different weather in different parts of oz for our overseas viewers,,,ive been to some croc infested waterways and used a bucket with a rope attached to get water so as to keep away from the waters edge...,,look foward to your next video thanks
Thanks for sharing! You must have a really good drone, it certainly managed those coastal winds up there pretty well. You got some great aerial shots. Love your work! Cheers Shaz
Wayching your old stuff since you didn't post anything this week again, and heading back to the Cape myself this year. Reckon you're overdue to do it again too.
Oh my God, Tyler. This is an incredible video , long musical b roll . It's so immersive. By far , those parts and the transitions , drone footage are incredible.
Awesome as always. For the number and type of trips you do, I don't think the Navara is going to be long for this world. You need something which is stronger/more durable. IMHO.
Love your work! We loved Elim and Lakefield. Stunning scenery. Can’t wait for your OTT videos. We helped out at Nolan’s. The OTT was epic this year. It’s changed a lot in 8 years from when we first went. Great to see you exploring with your son. Your footage is amazing.
Those huts up the first beach is Australian kite surfari , look it up if your into kite surfing 👌, the huts are big rainwater tanks turned into really comfortable rooms and they cook great food, been twice and recommend it, he’s seen so many drowned 4WD’s so be really careful as some parts are like quicksand and the locals won’t risk their own car when they know you haven’t listened or researched.
Really need to add which part this video is in the title of the video in this series of the cape york trip videos. I am not sure which order to watch them and I don't was to miss anything. Great videos, keep up the great content and really well edited.
Nice one... I like how you explain what's happening or happened regarding the trip and explaining your experiences... Look forward to the next installment 👍
Entertaining to see you push it near my home town. Just letting you know that no, you should not walk up to the Cape Bedford mountain as it’s sacred aboriginal land. Something to consider a bit more on your travels perhaps. Safe travels ✌️
You might consider in post editing doing voice over on the driving and drone b roll . Cuz , absolutely beautiful visuals and perfect music . Just sucking me in . Edit: add in some slow mo , upclose of cooking , etc. Could also edit in map shots . Nothing to fancy. But I'm living through you and I'm very very satisfied 😌 , thank you Tyler .
good Job Champ ... another great video ...looks like you have your drone well trained to follow you LOL (even in strong winds) and i agree with alot of the other comments
I enjoyed that one Tyler. I tend to watch the short vids like this one and want them to go longer. BUT longer vids I tend not to watch. Time poor??? Marty from Perth
These are getting better and better. Fantastic camera work and I like how it’s all chronological and well narrated By the way Elim Beach is pronounced eh Limb, not eeeeeee lime. You won’t get to Bamaga on the PDR. The PDR goes to Weipa. You’ll have turn right off the PDR and get onto the NPR (Northern Peninsula Road) to get to the top.
Nice one mate, i love the cape. Should of grabbed me some cup holders out of that wreck, you know mine doesn’t have any 😂😂. Always seems to be windy there on the east coast. Cheers Shad
Keep up the great work Tyler, you're doing it right and better than everyone else. The shots you show of never before seen areas instead of the usual famous places. Love it. What drone can be stable in the wind like that? Amazing.
Was the only logical spot to end the video without going into the Tele track then the episodes being all over the place, the rest of the episodes in the series are longer
Yep there is a 15 minute map run though of our trip being released on patreon next week. But ill probably do a sum of the trip once the videos are done and run through some things on the map
If I’d watched the video fully before messaging you I would have known that. Thanks though. I’ve purchased two chairs from Drifta as they look pretty good. Awaiting arrival
Don’t ever stop the bloopers at the end of every video😂 they’re the best.
