Yes we do Total Fire Ban Days. Ive camped in the Grampians and have seen campers lighting fires on a total fire ban days.
Thanks mate. Yep there are total fire ban days, we had one on this trip back in the start but no fire bans were being implemented while we were in The Grampians, still cooled down a bit once it got dark so just had a little fire for cooking/warmth

There has to be sign boards up there to stop people getting in. Can also be fensed off. What about Wedding Cake Rock in Royal National Park? There are signboards and fence. Still see people jumping in for a photo
Sounds about right for VIC. Have to do all the government can to stop people from enjoying themselves.

Running out of vids to watch during lockdown so been searching through you older vids like this one. Love the banter! You do a great job of showing how beautiful this state is! There are a few harder tracks to the southern end of the park but one not too from the falls is called Launders Trk. I think it’s off a track called Rock Wallaby Trk. We were told not to do it as we were in a stock Lux. Coming from the north it’s down hill but it’s steep and with boulders and loose surface. Was very slow going and on edge the whole way. Great memories and eager to head back now I have mods. Thanks again mate. Loving ur work!!

Many people have died at Mackenzie Falls. Wouldn't recommend swimming there as there is a shelf under the fall which can trap people and the pressure of the water will hold you under it.

Its a dangerous thing to put that cable on your shoulder while the winch tightens. Any slight move or slip from the heavy car will knock you to the ground with a ton of force. Watch an episode of old top gear somewhere in the middle east James was rushed to the hospital, he was holding on to a cable while another car was being pulled out. Otherwise great video keep them coming.

Love watching your travels and love the GRAMPIANS just the scenery awsome. I have been camping there for years. First camp with the missus, so long ago. One KMART tent two chairs one axe and two wine casks plus a lilo. My how things have changed, need a trailer to carry all the gear now. I would like to know what that rocky track is? 4x4 i have not found much(Unless you know a ranger), mostly 2 wd rearly 4H. Thinking it may be up to the CASTLE?

As always, a great video. Great video editing. But compared to earlier videos, a few scenes suffered low-audio-level. One in particular was when you came back from narrow peninsula near 12 Apostles and did face-to-camera, but partly turned away from camera. If you can boost the audio level for just those few bits, the production values would be extremely high, all the way through.
I don't know if you were intending to make a statement on the issue of wearing underwear on public beaches. In one episode of Bondi Rescue, the life savers chastised some tourists for wearing branded men's underwear (in lieu of swimmers). From the proud wearing of 'Bonds' in one of the final stills, I guess you are siding with the tourists ;-)
Hey mate, thanks for the feedback. Yeah I do try my best to keep the audio even all the way through, sometimes even when I turn the volumes right up the sound just still isn't there, need to remember to not turn away from the camera. And its always hard outdoors in the weather, once it gets windy it can be hard to keep the sound quality good.
And nope never knew about the underwear issue, we had just walked down 300 steps to get to that beach and then decided we wanted a swim and thats all we had haha

Yeah it didn't have a sign on/name on the map that I saw but people have said they think its Carters Track
